Yay, bookshelf tour! Nice collection. I personally love seeing all the action figures on the shelf, it adds personality to your collection. I’ve had the Stormlight books on my bookshelf for quite a while now and want to read them too but I keep seeing from Brandon and other channels that you should really read the original Mistborn trilogy first so I guess that will be on my near future goals. I read Slewfoot this year for spooky season and loved it! His drawings are great too. The Road is one of my favorite books and I noticed the graphic novel and was curious if it was good also. On a side note: Your lighting looked good today. I can tell you’ve been adding extra touches to the channel. Look forward to Part 2. Bookshelf tours are definitely a lot of work!
Thank you as always you are so nice. You were the first person I remember commenting and encouraging me when I first started these videos. I really appreciate that.
Nice! Haunting of Hill house is my favorite book! Shirley Jackson is one of my favorite authors. I want to read Count of Monte Cristo, I'm waiting to come across a copy of it that appeals to me. Can't wait for part 2! 🤓📚✌️🩵
I love Dumas, he is very readable. You will be hooked once you start Monte Cristo and won’t want to stop. Thanks for sharing your love of Jackson. I’m definitely reading Hill House next month.
Books overflowing on multiple shelves, stacked on the floor, in corners, on the night table, on top of the bookshelf, under the TV stand etc, Yes, I have the same problem. 😆 I need to stop myself already. I just can't seem to do it. LOL! I've had Dark Matter by Blake Crouch sitting on one of my shelves for a few years, still haven't picked it up. Our Share Of Night I picked up from the library in October, never got to it. Let us know how it is. I have not read any Darcey Coates either. I did pick up one of her books from the library a couple years ago, read about 2 chapters, put it down, and then didn't pick it back up. No reason that I can remember. Just don't think i was in the mood for a ghost story at the time? I do want to pick up a couple of her books at some point though. I think i might have mentioned this in another of your videos, but I read So Thirsty from Rachel Harrison in September, and meh. I didn't think it was that good. Not sure I will pick up any more of her books. Thanks for sharing your shelves. Will tune in for the next one.
@@blackbeltreads I might pick up Dark Matter next month, not sure though. Holidays are always busy, busy for me. We'll see how many books I can squeeze in. December is usually one of the months I get the least done in way of my hobbies. I'm currently reading a lot of cozy mysteries (whodunits). I am on a kick reading them right now. I have never read them before, but picked up a couple last month and really liked how quick, fun, and easy they were to read. I love mysteries and Clue type stories. Clue was my game back in the day. I use to beg my sister to play with me. I loved it.😆 I honestly didn't think I would like cozies, but here I am reading them. LOL Also, Our Share Of Night does sound awesome. I will definitely be picking it back up soon.
you got a ll kinds of great one here. i read Boys Life earlier this year and loved it and then i recently just found a copy of Swan Song which im exited for. that copy of shogun looks awesome, i hope i can get to it next year
Great collection
Thanks! Wish I had read them all but I’m getting there
What a great collection!
Thanks! Do you think anyone would want to see a part 2?
@blackbeltreads I'd watch!

Great shelves so far!
(Fair amount of ibjjf medals too, so that is impressive to me!).
Haha I love how you drop jiu jitsu knowledge like that. Do you train or have someone in your life that trains?
@@blackbeltreadsjust a blue belt. Have competed a few times but never ibjjf.

So many choices, Shogun is high up on my list.
You've got yourself a very fine library there. 😃Curious about the Darcy Coates, though. Sticks out like a sore thumb, isn't that phrase?😉
I don’t even remember buying any Darcy Coates, I think it just spawned onto my shelf!
