Words are not enough, this melody helps me fulfill my desires toward life, perhaps i am not european, however, increases my hope and ambitions, beethoven if you saw the days you would be proud of Europe 🇪🇺🤝🇹🇷

You should know that beethoven changed how music was made before him music was made as other wanted but beethoven made what every he feelt and wanted he did not make musik to please other he made his own music and those who liked it liked it so thanks to him we have now vast variation of music.

Your background shows a fiery battle, but the music makes me think of some gothic castle in the winter mountains set in victorian times.

Everytime I listen to this masterpiece I imagine a lone warrior holding back an army as their loved ones and comrades make an escape, but in the end they are defeated by overwhelming odds and die a hero.

@@charlesharrison4077 Music is all about interpretation and this specific rendition has somber tones to it. I imagine a warrior/champion on his last legs holding off against impossible odds fully knowing there is no hope for victory or survival while reminiscing on prior victories/loved ones/etc. To me it makes for a good story. I just like to imagine these kinds of things while I listen to music to me it gives music more depth and character as well as open the music to multiple and varied interpretations.
@@jameswright2623 shiiittt... just remembered that the lyrics contain something about a a hero in victory and friends tested in death *however* it’s half of one stanza the rest is about peace and overcoming disunity... as it’s originally written in German and from what I know about German as a language there isn’t much room for interp but hey you do you.

Everyone in the comments are talking about the EU. Me when i hear this, i see a soldier holding the flag of his nation screaming for his countrymen to attack. Tp show no fear and fight for their way of life. As artillery shell rain doen in no man's land. And then the wave of soldiers that were retreating turning around and madly charging enemy trenches.

I agree with the other guy, this is some last stand or desperate charge or King Leonidas type shit as. As you see you comrades fall one by one and slowly but surely the enemy is chipping away at you and the that very moment you decide to ge out in a fiery blaze of absolute glory and determination chewing throught the enemy line as if it were paper but at the last second when you gave enough hope and courage to your men a stray shot gets you and your men see it and bust into a fiery rage that no cannot be quenched and at that momnt you knew though you may not have won the battle you won the war and the enemy who witnessed your bravery will tell tales of you struggle against all odds. THAT IS WHAT THIS SONG MAKES YPU FEEL.
