- Low carb tasty recipe of Daal paratha which is low carb as well. Instead of 8-10 tbsp of white flour use only 2 tbsp of low carb flour, add 4 tbsp daal, half bowl to full bowl of vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum, cabbage, 1 egg and salt and spices of taste. Cook with clarified butter. It is low carb, high protein, good fat, rich in minerals, vitamins and fiber as compared to regular paratha.
