I had to bleep myself, or I would never hear the end of it from Brandi. We appreciate you! ~ Chris

Thanks for always telling the minor details of the ship and ports. We also are cruisers, would be nice to run into you guys and have a strawberry margarita or two. Keep the videos coming !

I bleeped myself. It was Brandi’s fault… even if it wasn’t.😉

As usual your videos are great. But the real star is the chemistry between both of you.
I love Old San Juan - just pulling in by the fort is breathtaking. That being said, your comments were spot on. It is always hot and muggy, it is hilly, no close beach unless you have a hotel day pass, and it takes a lot of time to get to most shore excursions as they are out of town. For these reasons, among others, it is not a popular port with many.
But if you plan it well it is a fascinating place. Next time climb straight up the hill to the other fort and government house - you get a spectacular view of both the Atlantic and the harbor with all the ships. If you are looking for a watering hole find Barrachina - it claims to have invented the Pina Colada in 1963. Just a couple of suggestions, and I am sure others can add to the list.

Thank you for your kind words! We especially appreciate your insight. It is definitely our goal to visit San Juan again, and to check out some of your suggestions. I do love the idea of having a pina colada where they were invented! Cheers! ~ Chris

    Takeaways from this video:
Don’t ever cross the line at Effy and the number of Rusty Nails one has!
