- I don't do enough Metallica covers seeing as most people know me by my youtube name, kirkpetrucci. This is one of my favorite Metallica tunes.
Everything is redone in this song. I recorded my own guitars, bass, programmed drums, and mixed/mastered the track. My friend Rusty Holloway did an amazing job on the vocals! Make sure to give his band Design of Destiny a listen!

Awesome Travis! I learned this whole tune around 2007 or 8 when i used to live in Oakland ca back when my skills were still developing. Too bad i never had any video or recording of it. I really like your shreddier version of the solo haha. Great cover man.

Great job your friend did on the vocals. He has a heavier style than hetfield, but it still fits the song really well. It sounds like it hurt to sing though, lol.

BeyondTheRedLine We've been going through label negotiations for the past year or so. We've finally found a deal that will benefit the band, so we should be starting to track the album within the next month or two.
Travis Montgomery Sweet, I've been looking forward to it. Threat signal is my favorite band and you're my favorite guitarist for sure.
