I have really started to try and calculate my times for certain movements, and my transition times, and then factor in fatigue degradation to get as close to reality as I can estimate. It's been very helpful to have realistic expectations of what I can really get done versus fully rested best case scenario which is usually out the window by round 2 or 3.
