Some suggestions for your deck to make it more consistent. Drop down to 1 paces from 3. Once you get it banished, drawing anymore becomes a dead draw. Drop shif to 1 and bump zep to 2. Like with paces, once you get shif into the cycle, drawing another is dead. Zep is basically part of a handtrap, can easily get stuck in banish, and can banish fish from your hand if needed. Go up to 3 lifeless leaffish. You really lack decent normal summons in this deck. You can also add a beautiftuna or two to help patch this issue. Last, I prefer going 2 snopios and 1 psiics. Snopios gives you the power to turn 0 summon in combination with zep and any other fish. Once you get psiics out, you really don't want to draw another. Snopios though is a card you don't really want to draw another of, but having 2 of them makes it far more likely to have it in an opening hand.
You can fit supay in here, but I only run one of Zep and snopios cuz of that. Ixeep really doesn't do much unless you running deep-sea king in my eyes. Silent angler or the water tenyai just do that but better. And run two deep beyonds

Very few stars in competitive I think than you underestimate this deck I am bored to win to meta with this deck very easy. Also your ghoti deck is so bad conformed
