In this update I go over everything that's updated since my full guide on Pokémon Sleep. From updated mechanics to new inclusions, this should keep you up to speed.
It's been brought to my attention that Raikou's skill only powers up for unique electric types on your team, so my example is incorrect.
To be clear, that Dragonite was the first really good Pokemon in several months.

Good complementary video to your first tutorial, I just noticed one little mistake being that raikou’s skill is more efficient the more different electric types you have in your party, so 1 raikou and 4 raichu’s is the same as one raikou and one raichu with 3 eevees

I read somewhere the jigglypuff line is one of the weakest for E4E. Try going for raltz, corn dishes are stronger compared to other dishes that use about the same number of ingredients.

I've heard that too. Wigglytuff is nice because of how easily accessible it is. Sylveon is also good, but eevee may also want to be used for something else. The other side of that coin is if you can actually get a good one. I may upgrade to a gardevior if I find one better than my Wigglytuff.

For helper boost each additional pokemon must be a unique species, 4 raichus will only count as 1 mon in the eyes of raikou
