Ability Ideas: If timekeeper will be able to manipulate time and able to open up other dimensions Bomber: Dimension Warping Timekeeper Cookie will float up and start winding her scissors, She will open a dimension above and bring down 3 gears down and start spinning, dealing damage of 20 ticks(times). Applying a Timer debuff with 2 enemies of the highest HP% (Targets cookies first), The Timer Debuff causes the target to permanently decrease 10% atk, 10% crit, 10% max hp and disables debuff resistance over time (duration: 3 seconds). Everytime that Timekeeper Cookie receives a debuff, she will gain a Warp buff. The Warp buff allows Timekeeper to decrease her skill by 0.5 seconds. When Timekeeper Cookie is using their skill, they will be immune to debuffs and interruptions during her skill duration Healer/Support: Alternate Teleporting Timekeeper Cookie’s attack is replaced by stacks, Going up to 10 stacks max. Timekeeper Cookie will ride on her scissors and spin around her team members and drop down gear candies, dropping down 5 gears candies per team member. Each gear candy will heal the cookie and cleanse 2 debuffs and gived stun immunity for 1 second. When Timekeeper Cookie is defeated, She will fly up and charge her scissors towards the enemies, The enemies will gain the Timekeeper’s Switch debuff, The debuff will cause to disable the enemies main attack to turn into healing the team instead of damaging, If they use their skill before the duration ends (duration: 5 seconds) They will gain a 25% healing reduction debuff these are my two skill ideas for now

I'm not sure how it turns out since both are really powerful cookies. I haven't played Cookierun ovenbreak that much so I don't know more about the lore. But I've heard those two cookies are very powerful. If they have conversation like cookie interaction, it might be related to time and space.
@lnfoTools I used to play ovenbreak before, but when CRK was released, I somehow lost interest of ovenbreak, but as what I can recall, Millennial tree is not in good terms with timekeeper, as he sees timekeeper uses time as a play thing

Shadow Milk Cookie has the Power of Deceit and he is expert in deceiving cookies like Pure Vanilla Cookie like acting as the fake Light of Truth. Pure Vanilla Cookie might not be able to handle his powers at first, but when he gets the awakened form, Pure Vanilla will be able to beat Shadow Milk Cookie.

I don't know how this plays out but I'm sure it will be a great update.
