The dragon update (season 9) was the most memorable to me because that was when i had hemorrhoids for the first time and the update kept me busy in the hospital

To me 2024 was a major step up for cookie run and the franchise as a whole. From Ovenbreak and Kingdom getting banger updates like the Sweet signals from space, Lights, Camera, Action!, Secrets of the Silver Kingdom, and The Awaking of White Apathy to Devsisters releasing two new games being Witch's Castle and Tower of Adventures. You can tell they really gave it their all this year. Here's to hope 2025 will be a great year for cookie run too! As for my favorite cookie intros, I'd have to say Astronaut Cookie, Xylitol Nova Cookie, Tangerine Tanghulu Cookie, Schneeball Cookie, Pitaya Dragon Cookie's buff (aka season 9), Strawberry Stick Cookie, Cherry Cola Cookie, Re Panna Cotton Cookie, Candy Corn Cookie (And the 8th anniversary), and Peppernut Cookie.
Now, I didn’t get top 10% or anything for the time relic chaos update, but I will say, schneeball has since been my favorite cookie ever across all 4 games, not only this, they also released arguably the best costumes for both schnee ball and marble bread, they both bring out their personalities ten fold which is exactly what a costume should do
Thank you very much for all the updates in this 2024. For me, they were all unique and fun. I'm happy to say that I have almost all of this year's cookies (I only have 2 left), so I'm hoping that next year there will be even more amazing updates and cookies!!! 🎉🎉 I also hope to be able to get hold of the Xilytol Nova cookie partners.
Coming back to cookie run this year was a good choice because we got some awesome cookies + GHOST PIRATES TREASURE ISLAND CAME BACK AS A STAGE IN TROPHY RACE YAYAYAYAY
2024 was such a great year for OvenBreak! I'm looking forward to what 2025 will bring! If I had to pick a favorite, I really loved the Planet Xylitol update because I love space, and I think you guys came up with some really awesome concepts for a wider galaxy outside the main Cookie Run world. I'm looking forward to seeing what other alternative sweetener planets are out there! I also really enjoyed the Black Sugar Swan storyline, both because I loved seeing you guys follow up on that bit of a cliffhanger that you teased in the first Dessert Paradise story, and because I really liked that Black Sugar Swan got a happy ending too. The writing in OvenBreak is far beyond that of most other mobile games, and I love that you guys care about your villains as much as your heroes, and their character arcs tend to involve them finding the path to healing. I'm so glad I found this game, and I'm eagerly anticipating another year of running! Have a wonderful 2025, devs! 💙
I liked the cookies this year, my only problem is that while the characters are good by themselves I feel like most of them are very similiar making it feel very generic, I hope to see a more diverse cast of characters on 2025. I would say one of the worst assortments of updates as well. While the updates at the start were pretty good, the later half of the year was just legendary spam

xylitol apparently bein' the most forgettable even tho dreamweaver is right there😭 trust me fr like after their update is over literally nobody will care bout moonlight 2.0
He doesn’t even have a popular ship surrounding him- not many people ship him & astronaut (AKA the only cookie you could ship him with without it being considered a rarepair) (rarepairs aren’t bad, they’re just what they say on the tin: rare ships.)
My favourites this year were Schneeball Cookie, Flat Tofu Cookie, Red Panna Cotta Cookie, Dreamweaver Cookie and Peppernut Cookie. (Of course Pitaya Dragon is my favourite cookie overall, but they weren't added to the game this year, just the magic candy ^^)

@riku_29 It's not beginner friendly anymore when they need to upgrade new cookies to the max, the previous one wasn't even ftp friendly because we had to use a legendary cookie. While getting L+ was possible with epic cookies, getting top 100 was impossible without Dreamweaver cookie. Even new players are complaining about it so it's time devs changed it already. Devs keeps coming up with a stupid excuse that is for new players and then we discover that they make unnecessary changes or remove the necessary ones or add too many legendaries in a short span making it difficult to catch up. Worst is having to use legendaries in guild run whose arenas don't have a level cap. How is it beginner friendly if legendary cookies are released too frequently ? How is it beginner friendly if old trophy race maps are no longer there ? How is it beginner friendly if it's difficult to get star candies ? We used to get them via trials and they used to be cheap and affordable for everyone but nowadays the only way to get them is opening gold chests and they cost too much. Devs isn't even trying to keep their promise or make it beginner friendly due to duality, not to mention they're trying to drive away old players in some way or another when they want to make it newbie oriented especially with the invite events. A variety of old events were ftp friendly and beginner friendly unlike the current one. Some events require level caps as optional modes so that players can try out everything and see how they go.
Xylitol Nova is genuinely one of the coolest cookies of all time. He’s such a sweet and endearing guy who would do anything for his planet, the whole vibe of him and his planet is a really unique location in Cookie Run. They absolutely nailed it with this legendary and I can’t wait to see the rest of the Novas, Xylitol Nova beloved 🚀🩵✨
