    For Those Having Problems Updating. Copy the file itself into C drive or whichever is your main drive then launch the program and it will work also make sure the plastic film is off the receiver and transmitters in the back. this should 99.9% work.

    Updated to the latest firmware and now the transmitters will not transmit audio. They connect to the receiver but no audio levels show! This was prior to a very important shoot this morning. Update was successful in the software too! Tried downgrading and resetting units, how ridiculous.

    I unboxed yesterday and one of the receivers won’t charge or come on. It’s been so frustrating. I left a post on the Facebook group, I hope I get a response and solution soon

      We recently have the new firmware V 3.0.4.4 update here: hollyland-techhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1500006677142-Lark-150-Firmware-Upgrade-Tutorial
      This upgrade is mainly to improve the situation that macOS is not supported. If possible, we recommend that you borrow one windows computer for this upgrade, this will be the fastest way.
      After completing this upgrade, it will support macOS to upgrade the firmware directly.

    No Linux version? Who designed this type of upgrade? I am NOT installing Wine or Vmware just to upgrade. Get with the program people. Not everyone is tied to Microsoft

    returned my lark 150. one of the TX's refuses to pair with the RX with an intermediate green flashing light but beyond that no other sign of life. no help from support - deeply dissapointing.

    Sorry for my bad english,
    I just received the Lark 150, when I opened it I realized that the transmitters and the receiver were already connected. When the transmitters are in the recharging box they do not disconnect, they don't switch off too.
    And when I put the whole thing on charge, the receiver bugs and it connects, disconnects, charges, discharges randomly.
    I searched your forum for help, and I saw that maybe I should update the software, but when I press and hold the mute button on the receiver, there is no software version indicated.
    What should I do?

    Hola buenas tardes amigo compré unos hace un par de meses y me funcionaron bien por un tiempo …pero hace unos días se desconectaron y no volvieron a conectar ? Tienen alguna solución para eso ?

    I have tried to upgrade it. But sadly it always failed. I use windows 10 64bit. I did every step correct. Any suggestion.?

    Very very bad and I can’t refer any of my colleagues to Hollyland. I noticed my TX doesn’t work anymore even when it has the light on and it shows connected on the receiver it still doesn’t send any signal of recording. When recording level is at 0 and at 20 it doesn’t send anything. Could have gone for the rode go2.

    I’m having trouble updating mine when I click browse and choose the .ini file from thr C/ drive it just shuts down the upgraded time and & time again. Would love some help.

    I've already tried everything and keeps poping "Upgrade faild". Once I press "Refresh", it shows up the device model and proper current version. The folder is at "C:\" root (main drive), plastic film is off, they are charging well, current version is V3.0.3.2, but once I press "Upgrade" it goes direct to "upgrade faild".

    I've just got these and the rx/tx don't auto switch off when put in the case... I tried to update the firmware (windows 11) but the driver file just fails everytime (I'm running it from C:) so i looked online and found an updated version of the driver which did install but when I run the upgrade software it constantly says 'Failed to detect'

      @@asura02 yep, I did a full reset…
      Plug in the case and put everything inside.
      Press and hold the reset button for around 30 seconds.
      If the LED is still green, quick press the reset button again 7 to 10 times.
      Then long press reset again for 20 seconds.
      If the LED goes orange and the green after a few seconds, press the reset button again.
      The led will stay orange and it should then charge properly and auto-turn off

    The lark 150 is simply a disgrace! I've had it for over a year and have always had problems with the charging case. It simply discharges itself even without use, Hollyland support sold me another case and it has the same problem. In addition to the brand putting a shameful product on the market, they made me buy another case saying it would be my solution and it definitely wasn't! A complete shame, don't buy Hollyland!

    Buyer Beware: my lark 150 stopped charging the RX after 2 times being used. I followed their support sites instructions and did the reset to all devices and the RX is still not charing, with 0 help from support so far. Lack of response .

      @@falcaovideo-clientes support was no good, only email sent was a link to the support webpage, and the steps I had already tried. Amazon gave me a refund outside the refund window. I replaced them with DJI's wireless Lavs.
