I’ve never heard of someone else who remembers notes spatially! Whenever I try to explain how I remembered something (“I remember it was next to this picture in my notes”), people think I’m insane lol
When I was in Med school I always felt like I didn’t have enough time to read all the subject material. Kudos to you for having time to study, make notes, attend lectures, make RUclips videos and educate everyone else on how to study effectively. Great channel!

I got the iPad around 10 days back and I've been using it since then. Never used an iPad before, so it's been a tad bit difficult to get used to 😅 This video couldn't have come at a better time!! I picked goodnotes 4 (I heard goodnotes 5 has a lot bugs) over notability. But I guess I'll be trying out notability next!! 😁 Also, can I just say ur video editing is so good!! Don't have an iPad, but I know that text and pictures takes very little space. Unless you're planning on storing high resolution videos and lots of games on it, I really don't think you need more than 64 GB.
In these months I have been thinking about buying the IPad Pro because it will help me take notes in the university, besides that it is an excellent device in all aspects. Thank you for sharing your notes and your experience using the IPad Pro.

Very nice channel! I’m American and I’m currently in The UK for over a month it’s my first time in Europe. I’ve noticed how amazing the libraries are here. I’m a college student back in the US currently on summer break/holiday and I can’t even go to the library in America because it’s too noisy. Plus, free museums! Food in England is so cheap!!!! Omg 😲 I’m totally moving.

I have used Notability for a while now but found it kinda confusing, on how to organize all my documents and lectures during pre-med😅. This video really helped a lot! I only use lectures and then RUclips videos and random websites. No books for me. The more materials I use the more complicated it gets for me. I try to keep it as simple as possible 🙂
I really like the way you organised your notes. I mostly use OneNote and have been exploring into Noteability quite a lot in the last days. I really like how easy it is to draw shapes and to take screenshots. Also the PDF integration and exportations is really awesome. But i kind of have the feeling they fucked up the easy part. Why can’t I costumize the pens? I mean come on, when taking notes its all about speed. I work a lot with different colors and highlights. It is a pain in the ass compared to OneNote. I cant add shapes, i have to draw them, make Noteability recognise them and then use that. It would be a lot easier, if I could just add shaped like in OneNote. The Organisation as well is not as good as OneNote and I miss the infinite canvas. I do get the point of having a fixed „paper“, but for big equations and such, it is simply to small for me. Just make it bigger (or make the squares smaller that would be the same). And no windows support is the backbreaker for me. I don’t even need to write with a pen on windows, just having the app would be awesome. Well I guess there is no perfect App and at the moment I use mostly OneNote on my surface Book and my IPad and write my homework and some things on the IPad in Noteability, wich i export into pdf and store them in OneNote as well. So I have everything in OneNote, but if i want to print something or share with others, i use Noteability.

Been taking inspiration from this for my own notes in Notability 👍🏼 Loving the colour coding system so far. Will be a 2nd year at KCL next year so we'll see if I can keep it up. Just a tip : I've noticed that you swipe between the colour palette to get to your different colours every time (I think you mentioned this in your Goodnotes vs Notability video). You can just select an empty bubble in the "Your Colors 1" tab on page 3 of the palette while the colour you want is selected to have it all on the same page. Less time swiping, more time for productivity!

I’m a 1st year grad med (at KCL too wassuuup) and struggle with coordinating my notes because I go crazy with the colours and don’t have a consistent system in place. Hi! I love the color coding. Yet, do you keep up on that during lectures? Or do you edit them later on? I feel like I do not have time to worry about the color coding during a fast lecture.

I struggle with that too! That's why I listen to the lectures online and that way I can pause, listen understand and write everything I need to down. 🙂

The iPad Pro looks really nice and neat and convenient to just have everything in one device. It’s tempting to get one now lol but I gotta say I’m more of a old school pen and paper kinda guy. Idk but it’s kinda like having a kindle vs a book. Still watched till the end though 😂

Do you think it can easily replace a laptop for studying? Bad choice on going with Goodnotes. Noteability just released a new update. And it is amazing.
also use blue light protection if possible , i bought a screen protector for my ipad and has changed my life

Hi! I love the color coding. Yet, do you keep up on that during lectures? Or do you edit them later on? I feel like I do not have time to worry about the color coding during a fast lecture.
In another video you told good notes is better. Which one should I buy, Good notes or Notability?
Do you use ipad for taking notes in lecture hall medical college in India?. Are we allowed to do it? I am 1st year MBBS student in Maharashtra.

Quite interesting, that I'm studying on the law faculty,but despite the fact I am motivated and impressed by this videos.All the students,it does not matter what the faculty,must to learn from each other

I struggle with that too! That's why I listen to the lectures online and that way I can pause, listen understand and write everything I need to down. 🙂

The iPad Pro looks really nice and neat and convenient to just have everything in one device. It’s tempting to get one now lol but I gotta say I’m more of a old school pen and paper kinda guy. Idk but it’s kinda like having a kindle vs a book. Still watched till the end though 😂

Ok, your channel is definitely the best out there for medicine, that's a fact! 👍🏻😁 I'm actually considering getting an iPad pro for medical school thanks to your videos! Do you think it can easily replace a laptop for studying? I'm not sure whether to keep on using a laptop or switch to the iPad, but I reckon using the iPad is a lot better for writing notes and sketches. Keep making these super helpful videos!
My duuuuuude Fran ❤️ using the iPad is definitely better imo for notes but then writing an essay or doing heavy research might be difficult. Although with the new update that could all change!
