If I tag socials, then this should be done for ALL players (without a single exception), and not just for one person. Socials of some players can not be found (players with default nicknames, some Asian players, etc). I am convinced that it's extremely dishonest to tag contacts of few people and not to tag all the rest, so there will be no social links in description.

Seeing Gobou putting the opponent into an almost endless cube vortex while Birthday Train is playing on the background is definetively something else...
Keep in mind this match up is sol favored. Its just that Godbou is so Him, and his constant fighting the best sols, that this is the result.
When is sol not favored in any match up…?

@@NoolaGaming-noolr I heard a lot of Sol players say that they hate fighting against zoners, specially Axl and Testament, but I'm not really sure if those matchups are bad ones for Sol. A bad matchup and an annoying matchup doesn't always have to be the same thing after all.

So you want to see Umisho unable to play the game, and a very likely 3-0 win for Gobou? There will be nothing but complaints and emotionally-charged responses if that happened. No offense, Umisho is an amazing player, but if they lose as consistently and convincingly to Zando as they do in tournaments, then they essentially have no chance of putting up a good fight against Gobou's Asuka... Zando is not on Gobou's level with Asuka.

My apologies if this comes across as rude, but I believe you have the terminology mixed up or wrong here... I am saying that Umisho vs. Gobou will be a one-sided match-up for Gobou, because he plays tatuma - who knows the Asuka match-up incredibly well with Sol, and has much better results compared to every other Sol player he has faced - and Gobou also personally stated this. Moreover, Sol vs. Asuka is indeed not an even/5:5 match-up - but it is a _bad_ _match-up_ for Asuka, not Sol... I hope this cleared up any misconstrued information between us.

I Can't remember the last sol match Tatuma vs. Gobou 5:5. Where it becomes a war zone. But I get the impression for Umi vs. Solrix, if I remember the name correctly. Even Umi's last match against Asuka players. Doesn't have any particular impact. Unless some want to hate the player miserably.

Eh, depends on the character you play
Call me Raven for the way I do be enjoying my own suffering, but I actually have a lot of fun against the Asuka matchup because of how different your approach has to be from the approach that you'd usually take against any other characters. Despite looking like a total madness, Asuka's way to zone you out and lock you in the corner is literally the most interactive of the game, because most of his proyectiles can be destroyed if you attack them with anything, so most of the times you'll have to focus into hitting the cubes more than anything else, and that works for me as a fun way to test my reflexes and reaction time. Nothing feels better than overcoming succesfully Asuka's zoning.
This discussion (characters that he enjoys fighting in GGST) came up in Gobou's chat some time ago, and this is what he had to say:
*Gobou:* "GGSTでどのキャラが使ってて楽しいかと聞かれ たら飛鳥だけど、飛鳥でどのキャラと対戦して楽しいかと 聞かれるとどれも楽しくない"
*"If you ask me which character in GGST I enjoy using, I will say Asuka; but if you ask me which character I enjoy playing against as Asuka, I will say none of them are fun."*
So, if one of the best players in the world that developed a playstyle with Asuka that revolves around minimal interactions with any character in the game is saying this, then the old GG adage that every player dislikes fighting every character, except the one they're currently using _must_ be true for the most part.
Come to think of it, I have never heard a competitive/top player say they enjoy fighting "X character" - I've only seen them say they like playing against strong players...
Sol does more mental damage than physical damage. (That’s if you’re an I-no main XD)
Last time I saw Deb(sol) vs marlpie(ino) final match in Xrd. Who struggles to fight tell you everything about the match situation. That's why I think we got Strive Sol. Last game sol without most of his tool is hard to win type character even ino comes under hard to win category. You need to play perfectly like moochi. There is actually another way to play character.

Gorilla strive is not a competitive game. That is, of course, you can compete using gorillas from the meta, but technical and risk characters like Millia are not needed here. Nothing has changed for 3 years now. The meta of the game is braindead cheap garbage with broken damage, or a broken autopilot that just skips neutral and cuts you off in the corner. these are two extremes in this game. and Millia is stuck somewhere in the middle, powerless against them. Garbage game. the worst thing they could have done to the series. narrow, variable-free tunnel and gutted gameplay.
don't mind me. I'm a fake, just like your game. Strive is fake guilty gear. I just can’t believe that after a masterly xx or even xrd, they released this shame. It’s not surprising that this dirty game has gathered the worst and most prejudiced community around it.
