Colorado River & Rocky Mountain National Park Moto Tour 20230623

On the afternoon of Sunday, June 23, 2024, I rode my moto from Aurora, Colorado up Interstate 70 to Wolcott. From Wolcott I followed the Colorado River to its source- Rocky Mountain National Park. I rode over Trail Ridge Road to Estes Park and then home. I was practicing using a combination of BMW's application to record a track, this GPX file I converted to a KML file, and that KML file I used with My Maps (Google), Google Earth, and Google Earth Studio. I used Wondershare Filmora to edit the video. Although its fun to record the experience for future reminiscing, it was a magnificent ride in real-life. Like a dog with its head out the window, the smells of the highway, forests, alpine rain, etc. are indescribable, but so intense and rich when on a motorcycle.
