Facts! Real fighters respect other fighters that actually get in the ring and perform at a high level, in front of a crowd. Matter of fact, they don’t even have to spar. If most fans did just 3 days of intense training for a training camp, most of the sh*ttalk would stop 😂

Exactly right. Hard sparring is for conditioning the body. This type of sparring, tech sparring is for practising and honing your skills.
Shawn is a classy guy. He went lighter to help Sean learn and gain experience.
Sean is a beast and one of my favorites of all time.
