Hi Ben I diagnosed with diabetes in 1996 and fighting with it since then. I was in Iran and traditionally we eat lots of rice and it was the big issue. Fast forward to 2021 in Seattle I was 240 on 7 medications and 2 insulins. My mental state was worse than my diabetes. As last chance I try IF . Stop fast food and go to very low carb. Now I am 188 lbs, no med except Metformin. The moral of story is , it’s never been late.
Survival 11 minutes of cold exposure per week aim for - to do. at hour 73 of 96 hour fast aim. been doing once a week 72 hour fast Sunday to Wednesday break fast Wednesday, eat thursday till 2pm then 24 hours | to aim for belly fat gained all within last 5 years. been doing this since mid Last week of May 2023. This week I'll break the 96 hour fast Thursday eat Friday, Saturday go till 6 pm then stop till 6am Tuesday, follow every 36 hours then eat day for 2 weeks and go from there. its 3 36 hour fasts a week then next week its 4 36 hour fasts so the non eat hours are same, the eating window will change up the last 2 weeks of July. Mid July I'll reasses to go back to 72 then 24 hour or keep with the 36 hours every other day. I mostly eat keto when on feed days.
Hi Ben. Love your new studio! I'm excited to get into this 36 hours fasting window to help me lose abdominal fat. Can I take Resveratrol supplement that you recommended, during the fast? Or only during the feast time period?
Thanks so much, Scott! Yes I am excited to hear how it works foe you. Resveratrol does not break a fast, but I do suggest having it with a fatty meal to maximize it's absorption and benefits.

Question I am not a breakfast eater just never hungry in the morning. so my 36 hr fasts end up being 42-44. Does that matter if it is off by a few hours? I figured that is better than forcing myself to eat
Ok Ben I get the coffee/mct oil concept. But I am concerned about the caffeine aspect. So if you are trying to get rid of the crap and sugar which is addictive why would you add something else thay is addictive? I know this works because I've done it. But other gurus in this space that caffeine effects the adrenals which is good for you.

Okay I have MCT oil and it has 7.7 G of caprylic acid in it and it has 5.0 of acid is that enough or does it need to be higher than that
