I have two questions. Why didn't you weld the fixtures to the fuel tap and fixating points from the inside? I think it would look cleaner. Some baffles welded to the inner part of the gas tank wouldn't help dissipating the movement of the gas inside?
If you won't be able to find your favourite screwdriver, wrench, pliers etc. check inside this fuel tank. ;D Absolutely fantastic work. I'm always watching your videos with great admiration.

Patience is a virtue, especially when hand making a fuel tank in aluminium. Excellent work as always.
