Guys, WOW! I (Sarah) am absolutely blown away by all the helpful advice that you all have given regarding the stomach stuff 🥺♥️ I had no idea so many people have this issue too! I’m going through each and every one of your comments-thank you SO much, everyone! 🥰
I honestly have no problem with your videos being sponsored. You're both the most genuine and chill kind of people I've watched here on YT, and I'd give any kind of support that I can to show my appreciation for you guys.
Yeah, It feels like I'm watching major celebrities haha. And I totally feel like you guys would never sponsor something that you didn't like or believe in just to make money. I hope you get more sponsor opportunities, after all, more sponsors= more movies!
There is a Greek word for your love: "agape". It refers to an unconditional, holistic, compassionate, unselfish and generous love. That sums you guys. Honestly. You exhibit an enduring non-superficial love that is refreshing on social media. Authenticity in a sea of pretension. (Your love for stray cats also says a lot about what kind souls you are).
p.s. For reflux, try following the SCD diet (Specific Carbohydrate Diet). Acid reflux is often a product of undigested carbs fermenting in the gut. A high-carb diet is correlated with GERD. It's tricky at first, but well worth it when you are no longer experiencing uncomfortable symptoms. And the good news is, spicy foods and fats are fine on the diet. I suspect your reflux is exacerbated by high-carb/fried carb diet. I had gastritis, and this SCD diet legit cured me.
I don't mind the extra sponsored content at all. Quite the opposite actually, I'm always happy for you guys when I see you have a sponsor for the video! The snowfall looks so pretty. We had snow yesterday but it didn't stick so now it's just a wet mess lol
I’m 30 years old . I suffered from stomach issues for 23 years. Years of doctors appointments and different anti acids . On my own did research finally found that refined carbs trigger my flare ups. I cut out all rice, bread and pasta I couldn’t believe that it took so many years for me to find this out. I hope you feel better!
I second this. I've had gastritis since I was 12, I'm 29 now. After medication and its side-effects and many doctors appointments, the only thing I could do to stop the burn, pain, nausea, and overall discomfort was by removing certain things from my diet. Bye alcohol, oily/fried food, bread, spicy food, and overly spiced food. Bland food here I come! I'm the worst hispanic........ Also drink a lot of water (no soft drinks). And at times carbonated water would also help with the nausea and discomfort for me.
I have gastritis for more than 10 years. Gastritis is not reversible but you can manage the symptoms with your diet and each person is different. Try to have turmeric powder with warm water every morning. Herb method takes long time to see the result but it is almost safe and almost has no side effects :)
Everyone needs to earn money, no worries :). Sitting in my living room watching free content, can't imagine complaining about advertisements. Happy Sunday! (Toronto, Canada)
I had similar stomach problems, so I suggest for Sarah: 1) reduce stress, with mindfull meditation, 2) exercise, walk, move your body 3) drink water with lemon 4) don't drink too cold drinks 5) don't eat greasy food 6) eat Sauerkraut, drink kefir 7) take probiotics I hope this helps you. Wish you the best. :)
I was diagnosed with Bile Reflux and had to start the FODMap diet when I lived in Korea back in 2016. The biggest things I’ve paid attention to is my fat intake and acidity. If I eat any fatty meat, I usually will have reactions, bloating, nausea, heart burn, and abdominal pain for a day or more. I’ve recognized the foods that trigger these and thankfully coffee doesn’t and berries which I have every day. I’m sure you’ve done this, but food logging and how you feel after eating it could help with pinpointing what could be triggering your symptoms. It helped me a lot because I was thankfully, never have issues with spicy food so I can still enjoy kimchi 😊
Thanks for the heads up on the sponsored content, letting us know is very considerate. A lot of lifestyle vloggers just put them in like it's normal but it really is not. I also like the way you guys insert the plugs into your video. It feels so genuine and a recommendation from a friend. Stay safe and warm!
i’ve always appreciated how transparent this channel, especially Kyuho and Sarah with their viewers. It’s very refreshing. I enjoy all your videos. Thanks and here’s to 2021! ☺️
When Sarah said "oh it's snowing" I stopped the video to longingly look out my window and it actually snowed a bit! Much of Germany had snowfall again these last couple of days, but since I live by two large rivers we really only ever get a bit of snowfall and it doesn't stick. But tonight it snowed so "much" there was like a 1-2 cm dusting of snow on the cars and around the trees. But during lunch the sun came out so once again most of it is gone, but than it suddenly got darker from the clouds coming in and like I said for a moment we had a bit of snowfall. It stopped again now.
Dear Sarah, I’m sorry that you have the stomach problems. I have had countless gastritis attacks since my teens (now in my 40s and indigestion and acid reflux have overtaken gastritis). Most of the time it was due to stress or anxiety. Other times were due to irregular meals (which were also linked to stressful times) and food triggers. I was also told that hormonal fluctuations and one’s tendency to have allergic reactions could be linked to stomach issues too. There have been times when I took good care of myself and the problems still came up, so I can imagine how frustrating it can be to have recurring and persistent stomach issues. I take prebiotic and probiotic supplements, take very small meals; and limit dairy products, oily/spicy/sour food, and food that promote inflammation. I also try to manage my stress or anxiety level through meditation or breath regulation. Maybe you have already tried this, but I suppose keeping a journal to track diet, habits and mood might help in your investigation and intervention? Might also be helpful to consider the role of environmental factors (e.g., living environment, exposure to certain substances, major life changes) - did anything change 3 years ago, or during the very first onset? Hope this helps and that you and your loved ones continue to be safe and warm!
I don't mind the sponsored videos, it actually makes me happy because i know it benefits you a lot ❤ And i'm so happy that you've experienced a few snowfalls in Seoul the last weeks 😍
I had horrible digestive problems (acidity and more) a few years ago. For me, a lot of it was related to stress, lack of exercise and diet. However, like you, i had a pretty healthy diet. So I made radical changes in my diet and it helped me. As an example, I cut out certain raw vegetables and fruits (spinach, carrots and apples triggered my stomach) and anything fried was a no no. I would suggest seeing a nutritionist, it really helped me. Good luck Sarah and we don’t mind the sponsorship!
In Germany we also switch to mud-and-snow-tyres each year around October until roughly Easter. I can't imagine to live somewhere where it does snow and not have them when owning a car. You really need that extra grip, "summer tyres" are just a slipping hazard in winter conditions.
8:30 ROOKieee...!! 🤣 That's amazing! The amount of snow Seoul is getting. Sending good vibes, hope Sarah finds some answers to feel better soon. Continue to stay safe and have a wonderful week!
i have no issues with sponsored content at all. it makes me happy that you guys are getting these sponsored deals actually. as for the gastritis , finding out possible trigger foods could really help. Oily foods, certain carbs (glutinous rice, too much oats,), too much dairy - these makes my stomach feel worse (i.e. not the cause but worsens if eaten in excess). Also stress is a HUGE factor for me.
I also have gastritis so I feel you Sarah. One thing that helps me is not to sleep totally lied down and walk every day so it helps with digestion. I also avoid dairy and I don't eat red meat for over a year because it would me the gastritis even worse. I hope you feel better soon!
Love the snowy scenes. Living in southern U.S. we don't see a lot here. It's so beautiful in your videos. Just finished the night stalker also myself a few days ago. Wishing you both the best, and little mitten feet too.
I love when you guys have sponsors! You pick trustworthy brands that provide quality products, so what's not to love? Also, different races do react to anesthesia differently. There's lots of published studies about it available online.
Sarah I hope you find a solution to your stomach issues soon ! Your channel is one of my very faves & please don't feel bad about sponsors. Wishing you lots of happiness & thanks for taking care of the stray kitties 💝
I love how you so effortlessly saved Kyuho from falling at 8:32 lol. Also as someone with previously sever gastric reflux; I stay away from eating a lot of fatty and oily foods, also try to eat small portions but more often. Stress also aggravates my symtoms and sometimes also gluten as I'm gluten intolerant.
i love ur partnership with brands, help me to get to know good brands and i think the only important thing is that its represent your values, also i saw it a lot in the comments but cutting my meats consumption and dairy really helped me with my stomach problem xox take care guys!
Hi Sarah! I have gastritis too. What works for me is drinking water mixed with lemon juice when I wake up in the morning and then wait 15 to 20 minutes before having breakfast. Lemon will help you reduce the acidity in your stomach and therefore digest better. I also try to avoid fat processed food when I can as it triggers my reflux. I have also put a pillow under my mattress to avoid sleeping in a flat position. It will help you keep the bile down and reduce reflux at night. What you could do is also keep a food diary and see what triggers the symptoms so that you can improve your diet according to your condition. There, I hope these advices will help! Love you guys ;)
I literally started the new year in the ER from a really bad acid reflux episode! My main methods that are working for me is never lay down after eating (usually waiting two hours is good), always walk off your biggest meal of the day (but it seems like you guys got that part down), I cut out dairy entirely, no tomatoes or any acidic foods (especially citrus), and I always drink a lot of water while eating to make sure the food can actually go down. I also had to cut out coffee entirely but my chai lattes are helping to make up for it. From a Sara to a Sarah, I believe in you!
The sponsors aren’t a problem for us. The products are usually interesting anyway. We never miss a video and really love them. We leveled up on Patreon to say thank you for the lovely, funny, inspiring content. While we will never get to visit Korea in our remaining years - maybe in the next life. 😁🙏🏻💋❤️
I think Kyuho needs to start his very own Twitch gaming channel ;) Also, I feel for you, Sarah. I remember every moment of every colonoscopy/endoscopy I've ever had. They always have to double my pain medication and the conscious sedation used (usually Versed) relaxes me but really doesn't make me fall asleep.
Sponsored content is A-OK with me. I appreciate seeing how people live in other parts of the world and I know many people are trying to manage Covid lives. So IMO you do what works! I’m glad to see you’ve received helpful information regarding the gastritis.
Hi Sarah and Kyuho! Thank you for the beautiful footage of the snow. Where I live in California, we don't get snow, but I love it. It's so pretty. Sarah, I have ongoing problems with my stomach and digestion. I have GERD and other issues. You might already be doing these things, but one thing that helped me is eating my last food a few hours before bed, and then only drinking water before bedtime (last meal at 5 p.m., bedtime at 9 p.m.). It also helps to stay sitting up or standing up for at least 30 minutes after eating. If you lie down for a nap right away, that makes it easier for reflux to occur. For me, eliminating coffee, tea, chocolate, and other foods with caffeine helped a lot. I also reduced acidic and spicy foods. For many people, having more frequent, smaller meals works better than a few larger meals. This has worked better for me also. I hope you will feel better soon! Sending you many good wishes for better health from Northern California! Please stay safe and healthy, both of you.
Ooh I had a ton of bile building up when I was younger and had my gallbladder removed when I was 8! What helps me handle my bile issues now is eating dahi (homemade plain curd). I eat it almost everyday (maybe a bowl worth) and I've been pretty good since~
Always look forward to seeing your videos! Hope your GERD issues have improved with all the recommendations. One thing that has helped me is to make sure that when you are lying down that you are laying on your left side and not on your right. Stomach acid flows back into the tube connecting your mouth and stomach...the esophagus. Laying on your right somehow triggers the esophageal ring or muscle connecting your stomach and esophagus to relax which normally prevents the backflow of acid. Sleeping on your left side is the best position found to reduce acid reflux. Since I discovered this tip....I have made an effort to pay attention to laying on my left and it has really helped my gastritis issues. Hope this tidbit helps!
For your stomach issues 1. Cut out refined carbs e.g bread, pasta 2. Avoid cold/savory foods e.g cold noodles 3. You can add ochra/ochro to your diet. It helps build up the stomach lining and reduce gastric secretions aka bile 4. Drinking warm light lemon tea/water helps in the morning. It helps wake up your GI track in preparation for digestion and makes it easier for foods to digest 5. Drinking room temp water after a meal helps too. 6. Avoid foods that make you gassy or that has dairy e.g milk unless its non dairy, boiled eggs, cheese 7. If you're not comfortable with supplements here is a few natural ones and of course you can do your own research: a. Kimchi b. Yogurt c. Kefir d. Kombucha e. Sauerkraut Hope this helps😊 - a fellow nurse
It really makes me happy everytime I see that your vid/vlog is sponsored. It's not annoying at all. You do you! I wish I can purchase your sponsored products but I live in the Philippines. The shipping and customs fees will kill me. Continue what you're doing! ☺️
Snow on that day (I think it was 12th?) was absolutely beautiful! I went to walk by myself around Namsan and then ended in the Seoul Forest in the evening / night time... Seeing kids playing in the snow and families walking around just made me feel so warm... You captured beautiful shots :)

I have gastritis for more than 10 years. Gastritis is not reversible but you can manage the symptoms with your diet and each person is different. I hope you feel better soon and glad you are ok Sarah and I also don't mind the extended sponcer videos, thank you both for sharing , I actually want to try that shampoo and conditioner because I get really bad dandruff and have tryied so many shampoos and nothing has worked. Love your video's and hope you guys stay safe and healthy!😊❤
There is a major study calles China Study, that linked any major syndrome to the food you eat... so they basically found that eating a lot of meat (and animal products) can cause or promote several symptoms, especially depending the gastrointestinal area and (surprisingly) even mood and vitality. So what I‘m trying to say is that maybe it could help to eat less meat... even though Korea is a very meat-based culture. Another thing that could help you in the long run is a food diary. You basically write down when you eat what and when you have which symptomes. It can be surprising to discover links between food or activites and mood or symptoms that wouldn’t make sense on first sight. Hope that helps!!! I loove your channel. Waiting for sunday to come every week for about 5 years now ☺️
I remember when I was a kid, my father would switch our tires twice a year (I'm from New York... Long Island). But now, I think most people, myself included, use all-weather tires. Must be safe in bad weather. Stay well and warm!
I grew up in Alaska so I know exactly what you’re talking about with the snow tires. We would also have our houses & cars ‘winterized’ in preparation for a long, cold winter. 🥶🥶🥶
I just want to say how much I enjoy each video. You both do such an amazing job! Sarah, I'm so sorry you have to deal with such ongoing pain. I would recommend looking into drinking pure celery juice (there is plenty online about it). I don't have the same problem exactly, but it does help me with my chronic condition.
My boyfriend has Helicobacter pylori and that is giving him gastritis and stomach acid. He also doesn't drink or smoke and spicy food is a no-no for him. The acid reflux always goes away after he treats the h-pylori, with diet and natural remedies(the antibiotic treatment did nothing for him) Mastic gum is actually used in treating H-pylori. He also took manuka honey and broccoli sprout capsules, it did wonders!
I used to have severe stomach aches at random times. i finally went to my GP and they gave me antibiotic for 10 days, with an H-pylori diagnose. i never had any flare since. I did get candida instead XDD so much fun, hahaha. -because i wasn't told the correct amount of probiotic. I've mostly got rid of it now. I can even eat spicy food now! :D And i like it! i used not to like it, but i changed my mind now! I hope your BF finds out what's wrong with him, as it seems he might be having something else.
@@sapphirecamui6447 It's H-pylori he gets tested for it once a year. His mom has the same issue. Happy you got rid of it and can eat spicy food. Enjoy! :D
They misdiagnosed my friend. She ended up taking very strong antibiotics and it completely wiped out the good bacteria in her gut which really messed with her digestion. Just get a second opinion before doing anything, people.
Heya! I’ve had chronic gastritis for a few years now, followed by quite a few doctors appointments/endoscopy etc in the last years. Unfortunately it’s a very personal problem and the solutions diverse from person to person. I also don’t drink or smoke but I tend to easily feel stressed and anxious so that’s my biggest trigger. Diet and meditation and sometimes medication are the best helpers with gastritis. But it’s a journey and it takes time to understand how to best live with it. Hope you can find a solution with yours and feel better soon!
Sarah~ I also had an endoscopy done here in Korea and I couldn’t fall asleep either! (I am a white female from the US). They ended up giving me extra medicine but it still didn’t work almost at all so I couldn’t have the procedure done. I also had an extreme burning sensation when it was injected which made it hard to relax. The staff were all very nice though so that was good. I’m happy to hear I’m not alone and also glad that you finally had some success.
Thank you for your transparency about having sponsorships in your videos. I always love your videos and if that means that sponsorships keep you guys and the channel afloat then so be it. Keep up the wonderful work! Much love from Melbourne, Down Under :)
Thanks for the heads-up on sponsorship notifications. As for Sarah's bile issues...I've been told peppermint, chocolate, acidic foods, avocado, coffee, and spicy foods are bad for stomach issues. I've also found that excessive sugar intake causes flare-ups too. Sleep with your upper body leveled slightly upright. Good luck!!
I’m happy to see that Grey is gaining weight! 🐈. Regarding Sarah’s gastric issues, tomatoes and orange juice are also known to be triggers. Anything with a high acid content. So maybe try to cut down there. And drinking the yogurt drinks that have the probiotics once a day can help. My husband has had these issues as well and these have helped him
So sorry to hear about the stomach issues - it is not fun!!! Echoing some previous commenters, I think a food journal is really helpful in figuring out what triggers the symptoms. I am a 25 year old vegan, also a nonsmoker/almost complete nondrinker (though I still do drink way too much coffee!), and have had acid reflux and other stomach issues on and off for the past few years. Keeping a food journal helped me identify some really unexpected things that consistently gave me stomach acid issues - e.g. onions (especially raw onions), garlic, and sometimes processed carbs like pasta. Very rarely, if my symptoms are flaring up, I take Pantoprazole (believe it's also called Protonix), and it usually helps. I hope you feel better soon, and thank you for sharing another lovely snow day with us!
I'm 34 and really didn't have any stomach issues until I hit my 30's. I really recommend probiotics and I don't know how possible it is for you guys to order from Amazon in Korea, but if you can, order the Zenwise Health Digestive plus supplements. You just take a pill before each meal and it has saved me so much money from going to the gastroenterologist. It has also regulated me, and my stomach hasn't hurt and I am able to eat everything now with no discomfort. It has 26,000 reviews and 4 1/2 stars out of 5! If not, I know Korea probably has some amazing probiotics but I highly recommend taking them to make sure your gut/stomach is healthy! Love you guys and thank you for your amazing content. I also don't mind the sponsored content, you guys always recommend great stuff anyways!
I also have gastric problems, probably a mild one. For 10 years I avoid sour drinks & food, carbonated drinks, coffee and even chocolate. All because of the gastric and trauma for having a bad gastric. Most of the times I have to explain with people why I don't take certain kind of food also. haha. Nowadays, I just take Duspatulin whenever I feel something strange in my stomach.
I have acid reflux problem for a few yrs now. Cut out spicy food, and less meat during dinner time especially beef. Watched The Queen Gambit, Lupin, and Korean series Start up all three r really good Netflix shows.
Sarah so sorry about your stomach issues, so frustrating! We've been watching "Home Sweet" from Korea, very dark but the monsters are so creative, also "Lupin" from France, fun mystery crime show, enjoy!
I had heard that drinking water that had a higher ph helped with that. I don’t have an article to link it to but it makes sense that a higher ph would help “neutralize “ the acid you are producing.
"Mastic" is super good for you! We use it in Greece {it's called "mastícha" (μαστίχα)}, for so many things, food, candy, baking, beauty products, medical purposes etc it's wonderful!
In Australia we have Gaviscon tablets that you can chow on when you have stomach I acid or you can have iberogast as well or ginger is good you put water in a pot and cut and there slices of ginger and boil it for couple of minute and then you drink it
I'm totally cool with the sponsored content! I know you both are very nit picky about who you work with, so if you like them, they shouldn't be bad! Also props and I hope you both get more sponsorships!!!! Also thank you for taking such good care of the kitties, especially Gray!
Hi Sarah, I hope you will get better soon. I had the same problems so I gave up wheat and dairy products and I am much better now. My acid reflux was so bad to the point I will cough until I nearly vomit. Also I take probiotics 45 minutes before my meal and take slipery elm.
Soooo jealous of that heavy snowfall omg! Here in Germany we had some snow in some regionbs, unfortunately where I live it doesn't stick around for too long sadly. Also I don't mind more sponsored content, I'm actually glad you guys get sponsors and are able to support yourself and continue doing youtube! In these trying times I think we all need some uplifting and calming content and you guys are definitely number 1 in giving us that. Thank you so much for all the work you put in your videos and hope you stay safe! (:
thanks to you I've come to know some of the coolest brands ever (I'm a ads & mkt grad) so please keep on working with brands you love, I'm sure all of your viewers are proud and happy (as I am) that you are getting more income from making this amazing content!
Sarah, i hope you're getting better!! The Snow in Seoul is so beautiful!!@ On the Netflix recommendation is "Bridgerton" is awesome!! Take care 🙂 ❤ 💕 💜
Try drinking honey and lemon in warm water every morning. This mixture will not only provide you with antioxidants but it also has an alkaline effect which soothes gastric issues! ☺️ Hope this helps!
Totally understand with the ads, no worries! I feel like those can be more lucrative than the Adsense revenue sometimes, depending on the brand you're working it TBH. Glad you guys are still able to make it work with just YT, total freedom! Looking forward to next week's video!
Mastic gum is like magic! At least worked for me and changed my life when medication stopped working. Stress though, makes it worse . I highly recommend Chios mastiha capsules, also recommended by my doctor. Hope you get better soon!
Keep a food diary and write how you feel after eating those foods from immediate response to 24-48 hours later. Everyone is individual so what works for one person might not work for you; which is why looking for patterns and triggers is the best thing you can do. A lot of people on social media are very militant about what's "healthy" food, but at the end of the day it really comes down to listening to your own body. I'm actually the opposite from you because I don't have a gallbladder so my body doesn't make enough bile to digest my food properly.
This is very random lol, but I love Sarah's two beauty marks on the side of her forehead, its so pretty!! shes really a natural beauty, Just wanted to mention it : )
I had similar symptoms and had an endoscopy but my stomach was fine, after I got worse the doctors realized it was actually gallstones and had to get my gallbladder removed. I would advise you to get an echo to check all your organs like liver, spleen and so on. Love your channel!
I had an CT done to check my gallbladder 3 years ago when these symptoms first started, and supposedly the results were totally normal. However, I would like to check again if my symptoms get particularly bad~ thanks for the heads up!
@@2hearts1seoul a heads up; a ct scan can miss gallstones! Just had one done and it missed my gallstone but it showed up on an ultrasound. Something to consider!
I have acidity too. There are few things to avoid like coffee, tomato and onion, spicy food, chocolate, too much salt or sugar and eating small meals helps. There is another thing that helped me a lot is coconut water. I once got a drink from Whole Foods ,it had apples, cucumber, coconut water and chia seed , omg it felt like something healed me from inside. Also eating yogurt Specially homemade plain yogurt work wonders. Hope you feel better soon.
Hi, Sarah! I was experiencing bad gastritis 5 years ago and went to the doctor too for endoscopy. They didn’t find anything and was told by the doctor just to manage what I take in as that is my trigger. So far I have managed it. But when I am experiencing it now, I use/apply Young Living Digize on my stomach. It works wonders for me that I don’t take PPIs.
I don’t have reflux but irritable bowel syndrome which is another type of mess! Have you checked if you eat acidic fruits? I have issues oranges, lemon and kiwis (even after 1). Also I make a lot of tea with lemon and honey and if I get more than three a day it starts coming up. Another food is chocolate that weirdly feel like fire after a few bites. Also check the “low FODMAP” diet. It might help with Gerd. Btw I’m glad that anesthesia did not affect you that much. I did one gastroscopy in my life and spent one week in bed with terrible nausea and pain and one week trying to fight the sleepiness induced by the anti-nausea drug. Horrible experience.
1) So happy to see a fattened, healthy Grey! ♥️ 2) I read The Nightstalker, the book which the documentary is based on, years ago, didn't know they made a series. Thanks for the tip! 3) I don't mind the sponsored content. I understand it's what you need to keep the channel alive and the companies you're working with have great products. No need to apologize.
Guys, WOW! I (Sarah) am absolutely blown away by all the helpful advice that you all have given regarding the stomach stuff 🥺♥️ I had no idea so many people have this issue too! I’m going through each and every one of your comments-thank you SO much, everyone! 🥰
hi Sarah, you could maybe watch megan bowen on youtube.
I honestly have no problem with your videos being sponsored. You're both the most genuine and chill kind of people I've watched here on YT, and I'd give any kind of support that I can to show my appreciation for you guys.
Thank you so much! 🥺♥️
Oh gosh, bless your heart 🥺♥️
Yeahh, that snow turned into a slushy, muddy mess the day after, but it was so pretty whole it lasted 😅
Agreed about the sponsorships!
Yes! I Don’t mind sponsorship. Keep it coming~
Agree! 👍🏻 keep it! 😃
Same!
Would be hard to cut out rice living in Korea 😂
I have gastritis for more than 10 years. Gastritis is not reversible but you can manage the symptoms with your diet and each person is different. Try to have turmeric powder with warm water every morning. Herb method takes long time to see the result but it is almost safe and almost has no side effects :)
It's nice to see Grey isn't so skinny anymore, really hope she gets through the winter ok. Give her an extra scratch from me.
Yes! She’s definitely gone back to her usual weight, which we are so thrilled about ☺️
Everyone needs to earn money, no worries :). Sitting in my living room watching free content, can't imagine complaining about advertisements. Happy Sunday! (Toronto, Canada)
This🙌🏻
I lived in Korea almost 10 years and love that I get to stay connected to Korea through your videos!
"Should i put my mask on?" even when waking up from anesthesia lolol oh covid 😷😷
Hahaha, I actually don’t remember saying a lot of what I said there, but I DO remember saying that 😅😩
I had similar stomach problems, so I suggest for Sarah: 1) reduce stress, with mindfull meditation, 2) exercise, walk, move your body 3) drink water with lemon 4) don't drink too cold drinks 5) don't eat greasy food 6) eat
Sauerkraut, drink kefir 7) take probiotics
I hope this helps you.
hope you're feeling better now!!!
today we had 31°C. watching snow makes me happy.
Hope this helps and that you and your loved ones continue to be safe and warm!
watching you guys every sunday morning has been my weekly schedule for so long now!
Sarah helping kyuho from not tripping in the snow, that’s the cutest....stay safe guys, love from india❤️
The sponsored content means your getting paid and the more you get paid the more you’ll do RUclips so I’m not mad about it at all. Get that money 💸😂💗
i have no issues with sponsored content at all. it makes me happy that you guys are getting these sponsored deals actually. as for the gastritis , finding out possible trigger foods could really help.
I love the pop up about one of you growing up in Canada ☺️ I was thinking wow in tennis shoes in snow she’s so sure footed 😂
I love when you guys have sponsors! You pick trustworthy brands that provide quality products, so what's not to love? Also, different races do react to anesthesia differently. There's lots of published studies about it available online.
Its snowing AGAIN in Seoul right as im watching this vid!! Stay warm guys❄️❄️☃️
Sarah I hope you find a solution to your stomach issues soon !
Your channel is one of my very faves & please don't feel bad about sponsors. Wishing you lots of happiness & thanks for taking care of the stray kitties 💝
마취깨고 나면 별별 이상한 모습을 보게 된다던데 세라님은 정말 스윗하시네요 간호사님들 친절하다고 말씀하셔 와 대단하셔요
Hope you feel better soon and your condition improves, Sarah! You both do so much to stay healthy. Please don't give up!
The sponsors aren’t a problem for us. The products are usually interesting anyway. We never miss a video and really love them. We leveled up on Patreon to say thank you for the lovely, funny, inspiring content. While we will never get to visit Korea in our remaining years - maybe in the next life. 😁🙏🏻💋❤️
I often recall severe 6 winters with pouring snow during my station in Markham, ON.
Beemo gets me every time 😂 “*murder mittens appear*”
Glad you’re okay Sarah! 😊
How heartwarming :') Just the whole vibe--very chill, relaxing.
Living in Alberta, I have my winter tires on from October to End of May.
how could you dislike these vlogs? 16 unpleasant people out there. wish you guys the best.
Thank you so much! ☺️🙌
I see all the little details added with the iPad now 🥺🥰 so cute, great job 👏
For your stomach issues
1. Cut out refined carbs e.g bread, pasta
2. Avoid cold/savory foods e.g cold noodles
3. You can add ochra/ochro to your diet. It helps build up the stomach lining and reduce gastric secretions aka bile
4. Drinking warm light lemon tea/water helps in the morning. It helps wake up your GI track in preparation for digestion and makes it easier for foods to digest
5. Drinking room temp water after a meal helps too.
6. Avoid foods that make you gassy or that has dairy e.g milk unless its non dairy, boiled eggs, cheese
7. If you're not comfortable with supplements here is a few natural ones and of course you can do your own research:
a. Kimchi
b. Yogurt
c. Kefir
d. Kombucha
e. Sauerkraut
Hope this helps😊

It really makes me happy everytime I see that your vid/vlog is sponsored. It's not annoying at all. You do you! I wish I can purchase your sponsored products but I live in the Philippines. The shipping and customs fees will kill me. Continue what you're doing! ☺️
항상 세라님 규호님 영상 잘 보고 있어요. 늘 응원합니다! 비모도 사랑혀♥
Try to have turmeric powder with warm water every morning. Herb method takes long time to see the result but it is almost safe and almost has no side effects :)
I love so much your videos there are very comforting ! no doubt from my favorite RUclips channels ! Much love from Portugal ✨🤍
Ohhhh, thank you so much! 😭♥️

I don't have the same problem exactly, but it does help me with my chronic condition.
watching the snow in Seoul while it is snowing here as well makes me feel like I am in Seoul. new way of traveling in this situation I guess 😅😅
My boyfriend has Helicobacter pylori and that is giving him gastritis and stomach acid. He also doesn't drink or smoke and spicy food is a no-no for him.
The acid reflux always goes away after he treats the h-pylori, with diet and natural remedies(the antibiotic treatment did nothing for him)
Mastic gum is actually used in treating H-pylori.
Enjoy! :D
@@infernal_tulip I was trying to give him some hope (indirectly).. But if he gets tested for it every year.... I wish you guys all the best.
@@sapphirecamui6447 Thank you for your warm thoughts. 🤗
Get well soon Sarah❤️ And so happy to hear you’ll have more sponsors in the upcoming videos! You deserve it. Keep up the good work🌷
Sarah~ I also had an endoscopy done here in Korea and I couldn’t fall asleep either!
Thank you so much for being so supportive ☺️♥️
10:06 눈고양이?? 귀여워요. 내일은 눈사람말고 눈고양이 만들어봐야겠네요.🐈🐈🐈
I too have a terrible acid reflux and heartburn. I take both Prevacid OTC and mastic gum. The latter does help to calm down my stomach.
Love u guys🙆🏽♀️❤️just wanted to leave that here😂😂💁🏻♀️
Don't worry about the sponsorships. The products you recommend are always nice!
In Australia we have Gaviscon tablets that you can chow on when you have stomach I acid or you can have iberogast as well or ginger is good you put water in a pot and cut and there slices of ginger and boil it for couple of minute and then you drink it
You guys do what You need to do,your videos will still be brilliant xxx
The Snow in Seoul is so beautiful!!@
On the Netflix recommendation is
"Bridgerton" is awesome!!
Take care 🙂 ❤ 💕 💜
Try drinking honey and lemon in warm water every morning. This mixture will not only provide you with antioxidants but it also has an alkaline effect which soothes gastric issues!
☺️
Hope this helps!
This is very random lol, but I love Sarah's two beauty marks on the side of her forehead, its so pretty!! shes really a natural beauty, Just wanted to mention it : )
I enjoyed Bridgerton way more than I thought I would have. Would definitely recommend.
I had similar symptoms and had an endoscopy but my stomach was fine, after I got worse the doctors realized it was actually gallstones and had to get my gallbladder removed. I would advise you to get an echo to check all your organs like liver, spleen and so on. Love your channel!
Had the same exact problem. Gallstone attacks are the worst. Had my gallbladder removed a year ago. Best decision ever.
Probiotics the chewable ones for kids works for me. I also suffer with my tummy a lot, and that usually help.
I purchased the Vessi waterproof sneakers. Thanks for the recommendation! They are very comfortable & I like how they fit! ♥
Oh my gosh, we love them so, so much! We’ve only been wearing those shoes the entire winter 😅 We can’t wait to work with them again 😉
1) So happy to see a fattened, healthy Grey! ♥️
2) I read The Nightstalker, the book which the documentary is based on, years ago, didn't know they made a series. Thanks for the tip!
3) I don't mind the sponsored content. I understand it's what you need to keep the channel alive and the companies you're working with have great products. No need to apologize.
