The blade is brand new untouched and strong that's why it doesn't open easily . Good video.
Yes it can be a reason of course, but I don't have the problem with other knives
Happy Sunday Guillaume, thank you for the new review. The knives are very stylish and with colours & a design that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye.........however making them just in the 136mm size is IMO a tactical error, they should also have made a series of them in both 93mm & 111mm sizes & with a bigger thumb stud and the other thing is the price! $120 plus (depending on where you buy them - by my local Victorinox dealer they are $150)
I will not be buying any of them as they are far too big for pocket carry & I dislike pouch carry. BTW there is a rumor that a Cellidor scaled version of the new 2023 Swiss Spirit 91mm Companion is going to be issued later this year, if so I might buy one for EDC or if its going to be yet another Limited Edition I will buy one for my collection. Happy Monday Steve, they are quite expensive it's true. For the Companion (Swiss spirit 2023) it's true it should be sold in regular red cellidor scales and be a new model in the 91mm range.

They would be tough knifes that Alox is tough.

I’ve seen some forum posts saying that it’s a type of 420 stainless steel, so it will be tough and fairly easy to sharpen. Not an impressive super steel, but it shouldn’t disappoint. My only complaint is how heavy it is and that the tip isn’t very pointy out of the box. It’s very ergonomic and built like a tank, so it will last a lifetime just like other Victorinox knives.
