Agreed! It’s a great place to raise a family but you’ll be in Coral Springs or Boca for restaurants more than likely. Some people don’t mind driving a little farther for things if they get more bang for their buck on a house

Con: high flooding zones everywhere! Parkland has the highest flooding zone in Broward County!👍
The only con is food aka restaurants😭 parkland got nothing but a Publix and a Walmart. If you want to eat out it’s either in Coral Springs or further.
