Appreciate the tips! One thing: the word "draught" is just the British spelling variant for "draft," so the pronouncing rules are similar to words like "cough" and "laugh." English, amiright? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Because basically all of the best consumables in the game have Valor skill equivalents, it is very easy to do item free runs, even in TZ. Items really just exist to be used if you don't have Valor points or if or if the requisite unit isn't in range to use their skill.

I’m so American that I’d feel attacked if I said draft despite the spelling. Not gonna say “jail” each time I see “gaol” either.

Fairy charms have been the most useful in my experience.
Hourglasses I believe shorten rest time so it's like a pseudo Stamina item
I wouldnt go silver hr glass but a gold or crystal might be worth a use if you absolutely need one but like i wouldnt bank on them being usefull 100%
