Keep up the great work
Telescopic fishing rods are real and work
Ebony warriors helm has waterbreathing
Volsung and Deathbrand Helm have waterbreathing and the bubble effect looks like that of the Waterbreathing spell when cast.
I like your videos but something has been itching at the back of my mind...
- ES4: Oblivion
Why is there Parts of Ayleid ruins in the Waste of Oblivion, Dimension?
I remember spending so long as an Argonian, searching for treasure in the lakes and ponds of Skyrim.
Turns out the treasure was there, just needed a fishing rod to get it.
The real treasure were the Fangs of Haynekhtnamet that we met along the way.
Man, i was not an argonian, but i did search all the seas. Being afraid to he atta ked by a huge fish. It never happened. And i jever found anything in the kelp.
The real treasure was the bandits we killed along the way - The dragonborn probably.
yeah i once searched everything with waterbreathing and there is next to nothing except the odd generic shitloot chest. really a wasted potential. there could have been quests and random loots and such. but as it is the underwaters are very bland and there isn't really anything to discover.
@@packlesswolf1 Someone already made that joke about half a year before you, my dude lol.
Hey, just in case you didn't know: Camel made a quick fish guide that shows you how to catch fish much faster than the standard rod method.
Hahahahaha!!!!
That is nice to know, man I wish he would have mentioned it in the video, seems like a crucial information for this one.
@@draco5991rep he did mention it???
@@Vh.. that’s the joke, sera
There is also another guide on RUclips about fishing...I think the guy's name was "Working with Camels" or something...also pretty useful for this video
It’s clear for everyone to see that Camel knows how to wield his impressive rod like a pro.
Reel away camel reel away 😄
That's what she said
He’s a real Master-Baiter
Thefact that he reaches to this comment made me cackle the most ungodly noise

Disappointed there are no prawns. I wanted to be the Prawn star of Dawn Star.
I wanted to pawn a prawn to the proprietor of the Pawned Prawn.
😂🙃☕
Sell that shit on Pawn stars!
Same thing, little human.
"Best I can do is some Falmer Blood Elixir. You gotta realize: I have to resell this. I just don't know man, D'jeera, what do you think?"
"Half a Falmer Blood Elixir"
"D'jeera says half a falmer blood elixir."
This is gonna take hours. Shame nobody made a fishing guide yet that would show me how to catch these fish in mere minutes.
I’m actually surprised that a creation club piece of content based around fishing has a good bit more than JUST fishing, the little quests and unique artefacts are a nice touch
i cant belive this video keeps going they put more into this than Dragonborn LMFAO

"Hey man wanna have a fishing contest" *dragon flying above: I think not*
Joor Zah Frul!
That Ring Of Khajiit item model has been used in many Skyrim mods as well, notably in the M'rissi's Tails Of Troubles quest where its coloration is blue & belongs to the titular character of the mod. :) So I'm glad the ring model finally permanently exists in the game in some form.
One of the finest things in this creation are the abundance of uniquely designed items... God was it refreshing to fish out even a ring with a design so different!
It's also to note that most ancient artifacts (i.e. stuff you could find in Morrowind and is supposed to be unique) are *looking* the part. The metal tarnished, the gems dirtied... It doesn't fit everyone but I LOVE when you can look at an object and be like "Okay. This is crazy old."
@@NWolfssoncool
I absolutely love that they added survival and fishing, it literally shot up riften to my favorite city simply due to the fishery
what is good about the survival mode?
@@TommyH03 It completely changes the feel of the game. Carriages, cooking, sleeping now become very important. It's not for everyone, but I've quite enjoyed my Survival playthrough; pairs well with fishing since that is a consistent source of food while traveling.
@@TommyH03 it’s a really refreshing way to play Skyrim in a totally different way
@@RabidPeanutButter would you compare it to the New Vegas type of survival.in hardcore?
Good thing you said "literally". I 'd hate for anyone to think you were speaking rhetorically. Or hyperbolically. Or ironically. Seriously, thank you for making that distinction.
58:19 Telescopic rod irl are actually a thing. Used for compact fishing with a small tackle box and maybe a small bag. Either for camping or trudging through thick woods where regular rods would get caught on everything.
The fact that there are smaller salt water fish in the game makes me so happy. My retail Anthias are such beautiful fish in real life and when I upgrade my fish tank in real life. Good job on this video Camel. Quality work as always!
I was wondering why would a crabber's charm give you armor in addition to water breathing
*It makes you more like a crab, that's why*
Oddly enough I've spent more time fishing and hunting than adventureing I ever have in any other game of late
I was listening audio only so sorry if you noted this in the video, but in Morrowind the description for the Vampiric Ring says 20-30 Points *for* 10 seconds, not over 10 seconds. In other words it dealt 20-30 points every second for 10 seconds, making it beyond busted, especially early game. The only thing balancing it was the fact that it only had 2 uses before you had to leave it to recharge. Sad to see it fall from grace.
A LOT of rods are "telescopic" in reality! It's really helpful, and compact
That comment of his about telescopic rods really threw me off like my brother in christ most midrange rods are telescopic what are you on about.
I wanted to bring a special attention to and appreciate all the amazing rod shots in this video, you really know how to pick an angle to emphasize just the right things. Truly a pleasure to watch. Masterclass cinematography.

Camel: *goes on about the quest*
Brutius and the whole town spotting a dragon: 😀
Camel: Ok, Brutius. Let's fish!
Dragon: *Someone said fish?!*
Brutius: Oh look, a dragon. Neat.
I died laughing laughing when Brutius looked up in horror lol
I actually like things like cooking and husbandry in RPGs. It gives the game more life.
One upgrade to the Ring of Khajiit in Skyrim is that they made it a Tiger's Eye gem, which is very one the nose.
I absolutely LOVED the little song you kind of did when saying the names of all the eating fish, LOL. That was great. Thanks very much for the information. I'm getting the update next week for my PC, and I'm kinda really looking forward to all this. Being a completionist, I'll take all the help I can get!
That Pokefish rap was insane.
The Ring of the Wind is by far one of the best rings to have on your characters favorite inventory, it actually gives you a 25% speed boost, making combat and exploration feel less ridged and a little more fluid.
Camel promoting his quick fishing guide over and over makes him sound like a sleezey telepromoter, I love it.
15:54 Pay no attention to that dragon that just appeared.
The ebony warriors helmet is always enchanted with waterbreathing. Dont know why. Also the bubble aura effect also occurs when you drink waterbreathing potiins
The Deathbrand Helm from Dragonborn DLC also offers Waterbreathing.
Lovely background music , a sensual voice, packed with such marvelous detailed content. You never disappoint
Divines bless you, camel. Was getting mad skooma itches since your last video.
Love the morrowind artifacts brought back that are shown in this video. I hope more sload lore and sload related content shows up in TES 6… foreshadowing? (Warlocks ring)
Ended up pulling the Denstagmer's Ring on my second cast in Riverwood. Didn't even realize it was special, but it's kept me company so far along my current Alchemist/One-handed blunt playthrough.
I actually did it the [Sorta] hard way. Hitting the books, and looking for locations in walkthroughs.it’s still hard even with walkthroughs, nords just think the water is their dumping ground.
I absolutely love this video... haven't played skyrim since 76 was launched xD but I still watch every single one of them because of the amazing way you tell the stories and explain stuff... plus the puns... always the puns!!!!

@@Mr3ppozz lmao, yeah, I know. Text doesn’t deliver sarcasm very well. I didn’t play it because it’s trash. I don’t give money to Bethesda for trash games, I give them money for good games. Positive reinforcement, as they say.
Camel: The Dwemer Rod seems telescopic. Probably a bad idea in real life, but hey. This is fantasy.
I... Telescopic fishing rods are a pretty common thing in real life, tho. And this being Dwemer in nature makes it so it can have relatively modern things going in term of metalworking techniques and structure.
Damn I actually watched the whole thing that was great thank you!! so glad you're back with the tutorials Camel!!
The first time I met Ri'Saad he was stuck in side a rock. I reloaded from my last quick save and took a slightly different route to find him and he was nice and normal walking with his feet on top of the road instead of glitched into the terrain.
Haha! He was slowly sinking into the road when I found him. Then he disappeared
Still hyped for that new vegas hidden items vid, doggie treats and jake juice better be on there
If you keep fishing in the same spot after you find the hat (is possible before too) you'll also find the ring of kynareth which has the same abilities as the hat, saves wearing an ugly hat for some extra effort.
I love the unique rings, I personally love to collect all of the unique jewellery in my Skyrim playthroughs and these will freshen up (and lengthen) my playthroughs
I just started Skyrim a few days ago and saw that fishing was added and I got so excited
Is it a mod??
@@bobstamcmahon7948it used to be. It was integrated into the base game as an official feature in anniversary edition
With small prison bug you can where all jewelry who increases movement speed by 30% in total with can provide interesting effects on game play or hight speed khajit with skooma
Skooma Zooma
I think I should check out your quick fishing guide to save myself hours!
I got the ring of wind for my level two character, and I was just fishing for river betty. Fishing may take forever but patience is rewarded at times.
The rings of surroundings phynaster and the wind are probably my favorite aesthetic wise. The bling is strong with this one.

Indeed spears are abnormally hard to find in Skyrim for some reason...
Damn how is Legacy going to handle this one that is a LOT of artifacts
it’s insane just how much detail and depth goes into the stories behind some of the most miscellaneous items in this series, and you haven’t failed to teach me something new about them yet!
Man you do your research, long long long time subscriber, keep up the good work and wish you all the luck in the new year.
Time for another Camelworks themed movie. Gotta go get some popcorn first 😋
Omg I was waiting for you to post this video thank you so much 😊 your the best!!!!!!
Holy balls. Molag's Bals, even! This was so damn helpful, thank you! The fishing content is great if you're doing an easy going immersive RP play through, but going after the artifacts that way would have taken far to long for my patience to handle after a while. I'll keep this video around as reference for sure.
I was checking out your other content and thought of a potential Elder Scrolls Detective suggestion. What if you went over all of the Dark Brotherhood contracts offered by Nazir and speculated the reasons someone would want those targets killed? Sorry if this has been suggested before, and I know as an assassin you're not supposed to care about the who and the why, but it always baffled my mind as to why someone would put a mark on a mad beggar like Narfi or a caravanner mage like Ma'randru-jo. To be fair I think digging up potential info to speculate with would be the hardest part, but it could be an interesting character dive.
Anyway, thanks again for the lovely high quality lore videos!
Nice video! I like how they added a ton of jewelry from Morrowind.
I actually found a juvenile crab and a glassfish shortly after getting a fishing rod from the Riften fishery. Funny because I'm still looking for a crab in another save.
Can confirm, reelless fishing rods work just fine for small fish.
But, then again, I've never caught large fish and haven't gone fishing is a couple of years.
It's a cane pole. Used for fishing for brim and other small fish. Used to get into tight fishing holes
Love that the the fisherman at 15:54 looks up at the dragon right after your conversation with him.
What happened after? x)
One of the dragon priest masks gives waterbreathing as well
hey camel i have been watching your skyrim guides for years now and have really enjoyed it keep up the good work i hoped to ask what is the next videos going to be about if i may ask
Now this is the quality content I subscribed for
Love that close up in the fishing rod such detail and the size of it to die for😉
Ive been playing elder scrolls from arena to now and having that quite time fishing changes it a lot
Aside from the Ring of the Wind there's also a sword in the Creation Club that fortifies running speed. I've forgotten its name though, but this could make for an interesting build when the two are combined on an Altmer under influence of the Slow Time shout.
A great Volkihar build upgrade.
Bloodthirst, I believe
Those are some nice rods you got there camel 🐪 🎣 👍
I got the ring of the wind on like my 4 cast by the guardian stones and you can actually feel the 15% speed
If you want to get completely hammered making drinking game where every time he mentioned his fish video you take a shot.
There are other things enchanted with waterbreathing. One is the helmet worn by the ebony warrior. You can get it by looting his corpse. You have to reach level 80 to be able to trigger his quest though. If you have good luck, you can also buy a ring or necklace enchanted with waterbreathing from Radiant Raiment in Solitude. It seems such items only appear in that shop when your character is at level 1.
The warlock ring is a must for my 2handed heavy armor battlemage build, even if the ward is just 25 points its been such a life saver
Thanks Camel! Ring of the Wind’ll be coming in gale-force for my Legolas build!
Loved this! Thank you!!
At around 15:50 I was startled by the dragon shadow
This got me hyped!, now ill try to get them all!
The size of the rings in morrowind kinda explains why you can only equip one per hand.
44:30 when she hands you that you know she's for the streets
I got the ring of surroundings from alchemist of falkreath quest. Possibly was directly connected to her fishing bounty quest or ccame right after
This is ridiculously thourough x) thx a lot
i love Swims In Deep Water's outfit. It looks almost like a hoodie? its very cute. I make a lot of costumes and might try making it.
I got Denstagmars Ring like 5 minutes into my new playthrough. Nice.
Bro, this type of video is why I absolutely love your channel. There is quite literally zero NEED to have all of this info but I couldn't be happier that I am going to. I haven't played this game in YEARS but dammit, if I do, I'll know how to fish my ass off😂 fudgemuppet and yourself are among my favorite channels on here and I couldn't be more appreciative of yalls work. Your wordplay is ELITE and the jokes always catch me out of nowhere "like dogecoin, it's worthless"😂😂. Thanks for making such constantly fun content. Much love and happy new year!
Ps. New long sleeve is SLICK and I will absolutely be copping after the next paycheck. #smokeskumaeveryday
Camel, I hate to break it to you, but since I am replaying Oblivion: The ring of Khajiit is called Ring of Khajiiti in Oblivion.
Listening to your skyrim videos gives me the power to go back to skyrim and have an adventure. U are really good with rods I will say
Happy new year Big C!
What I Learned: Camel's quick fish guide holds all the answers. I'm just going to tell everyone to check out the quick fish guide when people ask me questions.
38:30 - "fangtusk is pretty feisty" he says, while fangtusk sits completely motionless for 20 seconds letting camel pelt it with arrows.
I actually have a fishing rod like the dwemer fishing rod in real life. It's alright. Good creek pole I reckon. Fits in my tool box.
I wish you could wear 2 rings in Skyrim like in Marrowind. Great video thank you for sharing. If the metal was old silver it would look grey or even black.
🙃☕❤
@36:51 Camel hey buddy, just wanted to drop you a line. We pulled up old Morrowind and the Fang of Haynekhtnamet and chitin dagger DO NOT share the same skin in Morrowind. Great work keep it up. Peace.
DUDE THE NEW SHIRT IS SO SICK!!! i am buying that asap
15:50 that dragon lol
28:17 Yup... That uh... is a nice fishing rod...
He seems proud to know how to pronounce the lightning lizards name
I listen to audio books and podcasts while fishing for the rings, that way it will be worth my time.
Wooow! A big one! 🤩👏👍
I gotten denstagmers ring on my 5th catch it was near whiterun and i was happy to get it
Good to have you back man. Hope your holidays were awesome.
I actualy have a telescopic fishing rod. Its really useful and practical as it takes up less space and is really strong
I agree it's obvious that the dwemer would create the zenith of fishing gear
The fang of haynekhtnamet in Morrowind does bot share a model with the chitin dagger, just looks like it does on first glance, but when you actually look at the two, the differences are obvious, the hand guard on the chitin dagger are literally just two scrib leg endings that are attached by a strip of netch leather, the handle is wrapped in netch leather, and the pommel is nowhere near long enough to resemble the fang.
Take a shot every time he mentions the quick fish video challenge level: IMPOSSIBLE
Hmm ring of phynaster is looks good for any spell caster race like bretons and high elves, or classes with the Apprentice standing stone effect.
I made a super powerful anti-mage/Dragon class with The Divine Crusader armor and Spellbreaker, Warlock's Ring seems perfect for me
I like the concept of active and passive enchantments. I hope they have both in ES6
