Here's our parents reacting to our FIRST EVER MOVIE APPEARANCE! The fact that we got to see this on the big screen with our parents was insane. Life is crazy, y'all. Just wanted to say: it was an honor working with a director like Anurag Kashyap, alongside actors like Abhishek Bachan, Taapsee Pannu, and Vicky Kaushal, and learning from choreographers like Caesar Gonsalves. Funny story: Anurag sir sent us an email a couple months ago because he remembered us from a viral dance video and decided we fit the film! We feel incredibly blessed and humbled to be part of this brilliant film! FIRST BOLLYWOOD CAMEO: CHECK!

Team vicky all the wayyy! He was all hearts for Rumi and his love was so pure, confused, irrational and unconditional. Isn't that what love is all about? Also, for a person like Rumi, she can be happy with vicky in the long run as opposed to Robbie. I found Robbie a bit calculative and manipulative too while as Vicky carefree and innocent.
Yep definitely ready both you and the fans to see you on the big screen more often and playing different roles ❤

Loved you guys, so happy for you!! Also I’m so glad you said you find Robbie creepy, everyone seems to think he’s the super sweet ‘nice guy’ but he low key manipulates Rumi to attain her even though he knows she loves someone else. Also Vicky kaushal is beautiful!!!
Hi there i agree with you. The grey wala shade song sums up the whole movie and it's characters. There are shades to each one of them and Robbie is not as saintly as he appears to be. I loved how this movie gave me so much to think about and discuss. The movie was heartbreaking and beautiful. It was made so well to show how flawed the charcters are and how their impulsive decisions bring so much pain. I could go on and on talking about the film because it truely touched my heart.
The scene where Vicky turns on the headlights and reverses crying made tears roll down my eyes. For me the most heartbreaking scene of the movie.
You guys flowed along with the narrative of the film so well, dancing your way through. More power to guys ❤❤ thank you
Even though he manipulates his parents, but near the end, he leaves Rumi to live her life as she wants to. And isn't love about that!

Priyanka Naidu Yes I agree! It breaks my heart that the film hasn’t done well at the box office, as I can’t remember ever seeing a female hindi film heroine who was as nuanced and layered! You can just tell that the film was written by a woman! It was super refreshing to see a woman who’s flawed, selfish and impulsive on screen who’s not forced to change everything about herself in order to attain love (like Kareena in Jab We Met was fabulous, but she goes through an entire character transformation towards the end)
Priyanka Naidu Also agree about that Vicky scene. Anna Vetticad wrote in a review that Vicky is the kind of actor who has the ability to reach into your chest and rip your heart out, and that’s so true! In the hands of a lesser actor the character could have easily been the archetype of a brash North Indian fuckboy, but it’s a testament to Vicky’s performance that we felt so deeply for him ❤️

Team Vicky for me. I can write an essay on it hehe 😅 On a more serious note i believe that his love for her was also as pure as Robbie's. It's just be was so careless and had a lack of responsibility. What i found endearing about his character was the fact that he says to Rumi that i cannot do fyaar with anyone else. I only see you. As crazy and wild as he is, he is a one woman man. With time he could have resembled Robbie too. Just needed time and patience. Robbie tells Rumi that Vicky gets his strength from you which is something she isn't aware of herself. Then again the movie was about showcasing their mistakes and the toll it takes on them and others. Loved it ❤ It's so heartbreaking though....
All the actors were amazing. Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Paannu are on another level with their acting skills 👌
