- Here is a video tour of my room at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. It was room 1084 which is a deluxe, resort view room at the luxury resort in Chandler Arizona, outside Phoenix.
The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass is home to the Forbes 5 Star Aji Spa. It's also home to one of the best restaurants in Arizona and the only one with a Forbes 5 Star / AAA 5 diamond rating, Kai. The resort also has two championship, 18-hole golf courses.
My room had mountain views and a private balcony. It had a great pillow top bed and a huge, spa like bathroom (with a big bathtub) with custom bath amenities. Each room includes warm tones, local artwork, safes, work desks and 24-hour in-room dining. I found the service was excellent, everyone I encountered was excited and happy to see and help me, front desk people, valet people, engineering staff, room service operator, I was impressed with the excellent staff and service. They all seemed to love working there, which is very important for a resort hotel.

Wow. I am booked at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn for January, but this looks amazing. I'm tempted to switch now. This is so much better than the photos on the hotel website. Thanks.

@@loudmouthnewyorker2803 She did jump into the tub at the M Resort, I will post a pic. She really loves the water and jumps into fountains, ponds, anything.
@@6falconsue Thank you. It's coming up on a year and I still cry every day. At least I know we spent every minute together we could. That was one good thing about pandemic, we spent 24/7 together for the past two years.
Very cozy room--love the decor and amenities. Nice that it's Native American-owned. The bed is canine-approved, as well!
It was a very nice resort, the people were all especially nice, great service. She loves the bed, we were driving around for 12 hours taking photos so she was very tired.
nice resort but the twin queen beds were not cozy.. pillows like a sponge. would recommend the place tho a nice get away.
