I'm always looking for good value to cash in Marriott Bonvoy points, and this was a great use of our points. We ended up getting a standard King room to conserve points, but they have some amazing suites at this hotel as well! Overall, we give this resort 5 stars. Post COVID, we have found that many hotels are struggling to keep staff who care and provide a great experience. Not true at the JW Desert Ridge in Phoenix. The staff from check-in, at the pool, and every restaurant was fantastic. One of my favorite hotels.
