Nice. In a restaurant in Bangalore they put chopped onions, green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, grated carrots, jeera, sesame seeds on top. They added lots of onions and cooked for long time, it was almost burnt. The taste was awesome.
Proper measurements. It turned out well. Just had breakfast and liked it. Without fail . The utthappam was tasty. Happy for the recipe. Have prepared coconut chutney for this.

You are right bro. Semolina is made by Durum wheat which is cultivated in Malwa region of M.P. by us also and known as MALAWRAJ wheat and Atta is made up of a different variety of wheat known as SHARBATI which is cultivated in Sehore District of M.P. and is very famous for its soft Roti (chapaties). Both varieties of wheat is much more nutritious than other wheat varieties of country's other wheat cultivating lands.
