Honestly, the lengths fat people go through to not having to admit they're unhealthily fat and to not have to do anything about it, is astonishing. I see that on myself, the human brain is such an incredible master of rationalising away everything that would be inconvenient or unpleasant for us. I hate that the body positivity movement, which originally was about women having cellulitis, stretch marks and it being normal for breasts to submit to gravity more and more each year, but has been highjacked by fat people to justify our laziness to ourselves and others and to be able to keep on doing it. How could we not, when all we hear these days is: "Fat is beautiful", "You don't have to change" and "the fatness is part of your personality" by companies and Influencers who have discovered that they can make good money by selling potato sacks for literally square people. The lady in the red shirt most definitely is one of the victims of brainwashing fat people into thinking that they're fine and that people telling them to loose weight are just malicious people, haters if you will, trying to hurt and mob them; or as it is more commonly known as, "fat-shaming" us. We may even be one of the easiest targets for brainwashing, because we want to believe the lies and quite frankly receive them with open arms. 🤦🏼♂️ People are completely ignoring the scientific facts of being overweight contributing to the development of chronic diseases and causing extremely reduced life expectancies.. 😓
Excellent explanation of the situation. It's just madness that we can't point out that being overweight brings on a whole host of health issues. I also need to lose weight and I make no excuses for myself. I don't eat enough veg and I'm far too stationary.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I need the comment section to marinate more I’ll be back in a year
He needs to talk to Piers Morgan😭😭😭😭

His methods are brutal, but they work, and he's being honest about the poor health of people who need help.

If they put as much energy into losing weight as they do into excuse-making, we wouldn't have an obesity crisis.

People saying the nutritionist is fat, she’s not “fat”
I think that she's probably carrying a few extra pounds, but calling her "fat" is unfair.
Her weight fluctuates from a bit tubby to lean and healthy
She's a bit more than a few extra pounds over weight. A few stone maybe
She's definitely not fit
why is there no comments lmfao
