Tie it in black and purple , canal, spillway or night bridge juvy tarpon will eat that for sure

Anything that eats on top will probably have a go at it.
Tied on the stinger hook it's more fresh water like largemouth bass. For mangrove jacks etc. I'd put it on an SL12 or similar.
