put it in MY ASS!! Or someone like me, who is very late and trying to draw a armor with a very specific theme For me I have a home brew race of bee people, and I need armor for them, to fit their body and what not, it is ment to look noble due to the Queen ( who controls this minds ) feels as if they are a superior race to any other that “has come or ever will come”
Pinterest is so good at suggesting artwork. If you put a board topic such as fantasy undead or fantasy knights and armor. It finds pretty accurate results and gets even more accurate as you favorite images.
@@Rookzer0 I absolutely love your use of different races, especially half-dragons! maybe explaining about the body and skull? weapon tutorial would come in really handy too!
Looks good. As far as videos go it was good. I could hear you looking away from the mic a couple of times, but it was concise and information dense. I don't make fantasy armor like this. I draw more from historic references and consider the materials and crafts capabilities that are available. Another consideration I have heard of recently is to consider what they are going up against. Anyway, this was a good tut! Now make moar!
Thank you! I hope they help with your artwork, I'd like to do another video about weapons and items in the future but I don't have a release date for it yet.
With respect to the topic at 6:00. Iteration is an digital artists best friend. Draw something. Set it to 50% Opacity. Create new layer repeat. This is particularly the case in the line art stage. This is how a lot of artists are able to have great line work. On top of that this allows you to exaggerate the key features. It allows you where you want to push reality.
Yeah Just jump on in and start going. It wont always come out the way you want but the effort gets you closer and closer. definitely feel free to ask if you have questions!
Guy you should use more historical reference. Historical armor were far more diversified than you think from the inouit bone armor to the bourgingnon armor covered in silk and gold. To give you an idea of how differante was real historical armor of what we can think of. Just know that viking and medieval europe almost never use any piece of leather. Wearing a skull as a belt-buckle is Orc fashion 101 😁
Idk if I can draw a belt without a skull on it... .
This has been extremely helpful, I've been making designs for Orcs, Goblins, Dwarves and evles for a while now, but I've been struggling with armor
I like looking at dark souls armor those are really cool
Thats a great compliment
Thank you
I'm glad we have the same philosophy as far as female armor designs go. I really like your art style and am excited to see how your work progresses.
Thank you! I think there is definitely a place for form fitting armor but it really depends on the character and the setting.

You're welcome, I'm planning on more like this. Is there something specific i can focus on?

What part of fantasy did you miss?
It's supposed to be imaginative, not historically accurate
