To her credit, she could definitely do it. Even though the albums were flops, virtually all of the albums have had successful lead singles, someone just needs to push the album more and she could probably do a lot better. Also, she's so talented she needs to continue.
"Elope" will be her fourth album. Her chronological debut album was released with no promotion and 3 years after her singles were released. (Delayed because of 9/11) So really, she's only had 2 albums that weren't so well received.
Well meaning she has had 4 albums out and none of them seem to impress. She is "good" at what she dose. But after a while people get over trying with someone who just doesn't seem to make the impact or impression people are hoping she will. She is an amazing song writer.. and like I said she is a friend of mine but I just don't think she is ever going to get to the stardom she DESERVES and I know she has been working so hard for.
