    If you're having difficulty sleeping because you have a cold, here's the yoga pose that I found was the best for getting me comfortable when I sleep. I didn't want to lie on my back since swallowing mucus while I sleep is uncomfortable and coughing against gravity was also uncomfortable. Lying on your stomach is effective in helping with low back pain as well. As a back care and scoliosis specialist, I have used this pose to address some clients with back pain and found that it was also very helpful in getting me comfortable to sleep while I recovered from the common cold.
