Beginner Brush Tip #3 - Basic Jazz Time Pattern

Spin Left Hand or Right in 1/4 notes, in smooth circles ( ovals, or even a straight line) in a legato (smooth and connected) manner. I spin (clockwise) with my left hand with a small circle on beats 1 and 3 and a big circle on beats 2 and 4.
My right hand plays the basic jazz ride cymbal pattern with beats 2 and 4 hitting at 10 o'clock (think of a clock face) and the + of 2 and 3 hitting at 2 o'clock.
You can use the tip, tap, slap (dead slap) and swish-sweep strokes throughout.
