THANK YOU for posting this!! I'm American and I am in love with IKINÄ. But alas I don't speak Finnish so I cannot understand the lyrics. I'm desperate to learn more about this band! This adds so much to my enjoyment! I love the sound of Finnish. I have only rarely heard it spoken. To hear it sung is delicious, especially with such beautiful voices. I am a devotee of the human voice, and the incredible variety of sounds it can produce. Tuuli and Katariina have amazing voices. I'm kind of obsessed with them both lol. Are they a couple? There aren't very many videos of them; I haven't yet completely figured out how the two women split the vocal duties in the songs. Often they sing in unison and I love that sound! Often they sing in harmony and that sound is heaven to my ears. Sometimes it seems Tuuli is the primary singer in a verse or a chorus, as I believe is the case in this song's chorus. Her voice sounds so dangerous! I love her aggressive breathing between the words. Awesome! Wow, those are some dark lyrics! Very poetic and evocative. They match the music perfectly, as I intuitively knew they would. I love the emphasis on the word "fire." Please post more of these!! Again thank you my friend from a grateful American.

Also, as an American, thank you to Finland for standing up to Russia. I fully support Ukraine, and I'm ashamed of my government's inability to function properly and get them the support they need to defeat Putin. I know that like Ukraine, Finland is the first line of defense of democracy against fascism. Your country is doing an amazing job of preparing. I saw what happened with the bicycle refugees. I see how you have closed your last border crossing with Russia. I understand that Putin's goal is to weaken NATO and Article 5. I stand strong with Finland and Ukraine, and I will push my government in every way possible to do the same. Thank you Finland! We love you!
