Hi, can you access the 2nd viewpoint from the parking lot or do you have to go to the viewing platform first and then go to the second point? Thanks!

Yes, you can skip viewing platform if you want so you start from parking lot on the same trail and the take left after sometime and it will directly go to 2nd view point.
