Cubfan135's Empires Challenge

@Cubfan135 put out a general call to try this "Empires Challenge," and I thought I'd give it a try... I did...ok? It's really hard to go in with no plan, and make something neat with 13 blocks, many of which are really challenging to build with to begin with.

It really needed some background music, and instead of finding 17 minutes worth of random royalty free songs, I went for a single one that was long enough to cover it. I used:
