I am a baker. Cake Flour, Bread Flour, and All-purpose Flour are all different. If memory serves me correctly, it is a difference in type and parts of wheat used and how processed with a result being a difference in protein making the result more chewy (bread flour) vs fluffy (cake flour) for example. Publix does carry it. Cake flour is typically in a box on a shelf above all the other flours

Sounds lovely. I would use fresh lemon instead. Swan cake flour at any grocery. We vacationed many times at casa Ybel.
