Sorry to be the nerd here but, Ludwig, there is no Poland-Italy beef.
Polish anthem tells about Polish Legions wanting to go back to their homeland to fight, to bring it back to existance (Polish partitions were a thing). Italian anthem on the other hand tells the listeners about "Mercenary swords" or in other words Polish Legions (mentioned at 36:30). "Austrian eagle [...] lost its plumes, the blood of Italy and the Polish blood it drank [...] burned its heart". I know that Legions were created to aid the French, however Italy was divided to multiple regions. Therefore by fighting against Austrian army, the French and the Polish Legions actually helped Italy.
TL;DR It is actually a beef between a duet (trio if you count France) of Italy and Poland against Austria

For context, the Kiwi national anthem is one of the newest national anthems. It was written in 1977, first sung in Te Reo (the native Maori language) in 1999, which was super controversial at the time. The singer, Hinewehi Mohi, is now a Dame for her activism in reviving the Maori language.
the impure blood in the french national anthem actually refers to peasants (who are the protagonists of the song) who took up arms against the soldiers of the royalty, so theyre basically saying theyll fight the monarchy to the death (impure blood vs pure blood ie royalty). so for once its not racist
