I've always felt these games were highly underrated, great little adventures even solo as the game changes the puzzles accordingly, but especially in co-op as you mentioned, because unlike most co-op games which essentially have you doing the same things on screen together, maybe with some difficulty scaling, in this case you each have a unique mechanic which requires actual co-operation, which is a surprisingly rare thing
I love this kind of game. Action adventure from point A to point B with simple gameplay mechanic, solving simple puzzle & killing enemies without long & complicated dialogue/story/cutscenes.

Original TR games still some of the best. No quest markers, no button prompts, no constant shooting. Just standing in a room going "wtf am I supposed to do?" Amazing.
I enjoyed these games way back when and with the Co-Op that at least gives replay value to try it solo and then with a friend. I think 20 dollars is such a sweet spot and if you get it on sale even better! Good review guys

Yeah out of all the tomb raider games they could have re-released, these were the last ones I expected. Mainly cause I didn't even knew these existed. Though personally I would have loved to see the OG games on the switch. I don't care what people say, they are pretty fun if not stiff feeling
I want to see the Anniversary Wii game ported to the Switch - surely that is not overly complex - and the same game is available on other platforms - that could be done and sell by the bucket load surely.

I only just finished Shadow of the Tomb Raider on my Xbox series X and they are high end games and I absolutely love them. I played the Tomb Raider reboot on the 360 and that is also excellent. I've never played these isometric style Tomb Raider games but think there ideal for the Switch. I think this is going on the wishlist.

He said ALL DLC for both games are in it so here's hoping! I would love that. Soul Reaver is awesome too. It sucks we never got Remastered versions of those on the nintendo switch. I would have bought the Entire Legacy of Kain games on my switch. I still have them but the first ones of Soul Reaver & Blood Omen Our really hard to go back to. They need a graphic overhaul.
Surprised you didn't like Keeley Hawes' voice. Been a while since I've played these games but she was great in the mainline Tomb Raider games she did. Maybe she phoned it in for the spin-offs or she did it all in one afternoon?

Want more games in CO Op of 4 players or more. Graphics were nice on PS4. Looks great here too. So glad they thought of this to release
Finally got the chance to pick this up. Actually the best dungeon crawler I've ever played besides Diablo iii and Torchlight iii. I almost didn't pick it up because I'm not a fan of the original and thought it was going to be like the original PS1 games, but it isn't at all like the first trilogy.
The file size is one of the reasons I haven't bought the Switch version, at least yet. I'm kinda hoping there will be a physical release, although I'm guessing that if that was going to happen, it would have by now. Too bad Nintendo never implemented a way to play games from an external hard drive; in that case, I would have bought a lot more digital Switch games.

Tomb Diablo!? I remember I liked Underworld on DS.. It was a little different than the mainline version.. Seems as tho Legend/Anniversary/Underworld is also a very underrated reboot.. They’re like the originals save the clunkiness

They are fun little games, fast paced but pretty linear. Playing in one sitting can be a little repetitive so better in short bursts. I believe they were originally £10, so I’m gonna have to disagree with you on the price point. It’s way too high
Fair point on all of this really Jon I still think £20 is decent value as these include a few visual enhancements and all of the DLC which is a sizeable chunk of content. Mark

Great game yes however if your going to have other weapons how about as used or rewards complete game they become infinite not just when they run out goodbye.

I personally don't prefer these lars croft games but it's good to see them coming. If we get the new tomb raider games I'll for sure buy those.
Highly recommend this for couch co-op. You can probably beat each game with a friend in an afternoon or two.

Of course this game can run in 60 fps on switch! It's an old game! It was 60 fos on 360 I believe back in the days. I swear these devs are lazy!!!
