Make yogurt protein bark! I layer sliced strawberries on a pan, put a good layer of vanilla Greek yogurt mixed with your protein powder of choice, layer some melted chocolate and drizzle with nut butter! Freeze and then just cut up and enjoy, sooooo yum!
Girl I audibly gasped when you poured in that much Stevia. Artificial sweeteners are much sweeter than raw sugar. I would guess you're probably only going to need like 1-2 tsp for a recipe that size, maybe even less if your protein powder and yogurt already have sweetener in it too.

Omg I went to hummingbird for a wedding in September and cannot even describe how beautiful it is! You are so blessed and lucky Lauren and I’m soooo happy for you! Also - when we were at the wedding, it did rain but the sun came out just as the ceremony started! So fingers crossed you have all sunny days but just know that the universe has its way of making even small mishaps work out and so that Love can be properly celebrated! Regarding Diggo and his biting his paw, check if he might have furunculosis! My dog got it, and it can be caused by inflamed hair follicles, infections etc. You can usually see a bump or a nodule between the toes of the paw if they’ve got one.

Lauren thank you so much for the wedding content. I'm helping with planing my sister's wedding and you made us realize all the things we forgot to take into account. We also decided to just ditch sitting charts cause there will be max 70 people and they will mix up anyway. ❤
