    9:17 you say "I don't get a whole lot from this", are you referring to the longevity or performance?

      Good question! It was a vague comment indeed. I’m referring to the scent profile itself.
      I meant to say that I don’t get a whole lot more notes going on. There probably are, but what I truly get the most is Oud and Mint.

      Oud Radieux (ginger) is not very good?

    • @sebastianfurtado3740
      @sebastianfurtado3740  5 месяцев назад +1

      I think it’s very good as well. It’s a very realistic ginger. I have it too, just haven’t talked about it yet. :)

    I often combine some of made parfumes with mint.. I love lots of mona di orio scents.. Complex and "smart" parfumes that are developing like a photo, apearing,colouring like a good scenary getting alive..Than Ive put some of of mint for relaxing on my forehead and neck and than magic happened. It happened when I had cartier insouciance(the woddy peppery one) on and this mint that joined already (kind of) evaporated parfume,.. it exploded like when sprinkles start watering, it was freshness on top of dried liefs and bark of trees.. Im not a nose, but I had that feeling when it happened..

      I love that! And your comparison with developing photos! Just beautiful and quite spot on!
      I must try that layering! I don’t have many oils, just rose and Oud I believe. Gotta get some mint! :D

    Mathilde Laurent is one of my favourite perfumers. I have Oud and Oud and Oud Absolu. I can't stand mint, cumin, ginger and basil on most fragrances despite them being my favourite things to eat.

      Cumin is a note I have a hard time with too. If I notice too much of it in a perfume I just can’t deal with it.
