Thank you to everyone who helped get toys to those kids, you've no idea how much it meant to the families.
I was really on hard times a few years ago & was feeling terrible about Christmas. I got a donation from a charity that had a few presents for each of my kids & i cried like a baby! The presents were amazing quality. Then later that day there was a knock at my door & a different charity was standing there with basically a entire Christmas dinner in a box! A whole frozen Turkey, veg, dessert, sweets for the kids & even a bottle of wine! Made me cry even harder. Couldn't believe the kindness of people at such a hard time of year. Now im back on my feet i make sure to donate something back to those charities every year.
I dunno if there's much need for it but maybe next year you could make some food packages too??
