You placed a clinic inside of another commercial building accidentally while using anarchy. This was right near the sewage.

You already have a tram depot and build a bus depot. That costs a lot of money. You've free capacities in your tram depot. Make more tram lines. Also you can make more parking lots at the entrance of the town, so people can change from car to tram and get by tram into the city (=less traffic on the streets).
My opinion: I don't like monorails. Looks too unrealistic to me and needs a lot of space.
When I'm watching James's videos i feel like I'm watching some Netflix series cause the quality not only graphically but also the content is so good
honestly if that bus terminal makes your bus line that bad, you should fix the bus terminal. if you put it on a separate road then the bus can have a much smaller turnaround.
Got my hopes up thinking you started playing Planet Coaster again. I know that it took you hours to get things done but I wish you’d bring it back as a series and stream it again!
Gracie Mulberry Please!!! Maybe some of the mission maps where you need to turn around a struggling park which is mostly made if he doesn't want to commit to doing a new park, then he can just tweak things. I've never found another game that's almost therapeutic yet still triggers you when some small detail is briefly overlooked. I must have ADD :)
I think you mean OCD, ADD is a different disorder from that lol but I know what you mean :) I REALLY hope he brings it back even if it is a mini series or something!
The palms theme park has two gift shops instead of a gift shop and a restroom in the main plaza area

This is a true statement of not judging a book by its cover because I was honestly so excited for Planet Coaster until the difference in animation style sunk in and I finally decided to read the title. This all happened within seconds, but I am now recovering.
Nonetheless, I still enjoy this series as well.

Suggestions:
Rearrange the right side (looking inland) of the amusement park so that the Ferris wheel is centered at the end of "main st". It'll give a nice visual, kind of like the one in Paris did when you look down the street.
Also, replace the trees in "The Palms" with palm trees. This would also be nice along a boardwalk on "Seven Mile Beach" or down the center of "main st.
Lastly, add a boardwalk down the coast (wooden if it's available); it just seems fitting since that's what they would have most likely had in the heyday of coastal carnivals.

You should make your industrials in more of a grid!! More realistic that way and it helps with traffic
Did you say at one point that you won't be unlocking all the tiles with the mod? I really loved in the Sedona series how you had so much more freedom with the entire map
Did you change the speed limit on the beachfront road to be higher so traffic wouldn't cut through the smaller back roads?
This might be the most sarcastic Cities video I've heard from you in a while and I am LOVING it.
I'm no expert, but is it maybe possible to build a tiny dead-end road going out onto the beach next to bus exchange that functions as a turning lane for your bus lines?
The road in front of the bus station should not have a median strip on it so vehicles can just cross the road directly.

When you start to build your main city, you should make a huge park in the middle like Central Park
Beach props would look good on the coast like umbrellas chairs and towels. Make it a very touristy area
Bus lines are never actually that long! Someone gets on and has to wait forever just to get somewhere or back to the station to get another line.
Suggestion for the bridge: Make the avenue by the theme park come all the way up to where the bridge elevates and make a three way intersection there, with the two-lane road continuing on. Then, make another three way intersection with the other two lane avenue that goes up and curves 90 degrees towards the roundabout. Between the two three-way intersections, make it a 3 lane or asymmetrical road to handle the traffic. The way it is laid out now just seems a little messy.

😂 whenever you built the rollercoaster and adjusted the terrain, it made the pier once again only slightly over the water. Love the series though!

The giant waterfall area you put the bridge by could be a cool park if you turned it into a Niagara Falls style thing
Try to make the industrial area the one place in the city that IS a grid. With the least possible amount of 4 way intersections. Do 3 way with priority and give way and it works the best

Just connect a few of your many many dead end roads and traffic should flow so much better
Have a bus station on both sides of the road? Make it nice little hub...
Or have a separate road for them to pull into... just a small one way road and only allow buses to make in a bus lane or summit

To fix the 'unzoneable' area near the tram stop, put a road on top of it and then bulldoze the road. It should reset the zoning.

And something you may or may not know, I think that with the traffic mod you get an incredible option in the [*escape* -> mod settings page> to allow your mass transit to ignore some restrictions and turn wherever you want.
At 24:40 that road and many others, you can create a slip lane for left hand turns so the main road is dedicated for going straight.

I wondered about that too. Maybe if you move it farther out to sea the dock would extend farther. Also I've seen a lot of piers that have a built up road that leads up to them, usually made of piled rock like a sea wall; maybe something like that would work to extend it.

The city layout is looking very messy, try to plan ahead a little bit for what you think will go in an area before you build main roads
