Noticed carefully how Tim switches definitions midsentence to make his point, collapsing distinctions between "equally" and "the same." Equality means treating similar people similarly and dissimilar people nonidentically but fairly and justly; equality doesn't mean identicalness. Easy examples: women's and men's restrooms; ramps for users of wheelchairs and steps for people who can walk. Tim slides definitions midargument. It's a sleight-of-hand move and bad intellectual practice.
