What the West have over Africa are their developed infrastructure and systems, credit facilities and social benefits for qualified people; but, if one is looking to experience peace, freedom, community and create generational wealth to impact others and leave a lasting legacy, Africa is the place, especially for people of African descent.
Well said, I have lived 9 yrs in Europe and what you have said true, we don't have freedom in Europe the government controls everything even your money which you have worked for the government wants to know how you have used it
That's not entirely true. Africa hasn't created wealth in the same speeds like Singapore, China, Malaysia, Taiwan, UAE and lately Vietnam. The freedom you mention can be termed as chaos where everyone trades on streets, reckless driving, corruption/bribery, building structures without proper legal procedures, selling food to the public without public health inspections/certification etc which equals widespread lawlessness/weak governance. Moreover Africans are behind in building own roads, stadia , railways , internet and computer network infrastructure... all these done by foreign firms . Rethink again please.
@@pietrojenkins6901 There's nothing to rethink, my friend. While the very problems you listed are true, they present opportunities to create wealth and make an impact. Of course the man who is fixated on the problems will never see that and will always run to foreign lands searching for greener pastures, while complaining ad nauseum about the very problems he ran from. Isn't that the story of many of us?
I'm happy you mentioned loans and mortgages. A lot of times people in Africa think that everybody on every other continent is swimming in money. What they don't realize is that a lot of people are "credit" rich-- the banks own them and their possessions. I have visited Europe and Africa and I live in the Americas (continent). The differences are huge in both positive and negative ways. But I believe that those differences are precisely what makes traveling to other places such a rich experience. I agree; instead of seeing the rest of the world as The Promised Land and belittling Africa, I also personally wish more Africans would appreciate the beauty, abilities and cultural uniqueness with which they have been blessed, and build up their countries.
Very well said sis.. Its true that travelling outside the continent truly opens our mind to different experiences and to appreciating what's good back home as well. Thank you for your feedback.
the loan system in Europe on face value seem to be a good thing but its a chain that will keep you working and slaving for life…. I will prefer cash to loan
You hilighted very important points Afrovazi. I laughed so hard when you mentioned driving in Nairobi city. Hehe, it's not for the faint hearted. So insightful points you have hilighted. I enjoyed watching this video.
Good points ... travel is great it is eye opening. Traveling is like a book, those who don't travel are people who get satisfaction from reading only one page.

Just keep it simple life in Europe brings out depression, when it comes to social life and a healthy lifestyle Africa is the place to be.

Buying things like TVs and fridges with a loan is so ridiculous. Purchasing things out right is the way to go, get it done and over with.
Right.. I prefer it that way too 💯
Yes maybe we share our stories so that it could inspiration to other and point out there challenges abroad too.
Right.. Every place has its positives and challenges. Thank you for tuning in.

Structure is important. Africa can be stressful.
That's true, a lot of things are frustrating.
An interesting way of financing among Africans of the diaspora in Western Europe is the "tontine", informal associations for savings and loans.
Thank you for sharing with us, I will look into it.
