- Amos has arrived in Baltimore and certain disturbing aspects of his childhood come out. I am shocked. We also learn that lydia was a positive light in his life

The actor they got for Erich just is so perfect and within a minute we buy that these two characters have known each for the longest time.
Amos' background story gives a whole new (sad) perspective to him teaching Chrisjen how to walk in mag boots in zero gravity in S3.
Amos: there you go. Now you just walk around like you're in pumps.
Chrisjen: how do you know what it's like to walk around in pumps?
Amos: I didn't always work in space [he said with a smile..😢]
In Season 3, on Ganymede, when Amost tells Prax about 'bullies' who force young girls like his daughter into prostitution and when they get pregnant, they use their children too, he's describing the exact thing that happened to him as a child.
One of my favourites. Lots of Wire references in this episode where they go to Baltimore, most obvious being things like the woman in a shipping container with no air, and Commissioner Burrell turning up. I just wish Miller and Bunk could have worked a murder together. The Churn also drags out that the show could have been named Jimmy and Timmy Go To Space.
The Expanse continually changes certain aspects of their storytelling, but they nail it each time!
"Please stop hitting me!" LOL, tough guy.
You must be the first reactor to realize instantly that Peaches is who Amos intends to see. It's not hard to figure out, but I don't think we've seen anyone else hit it immediately as you did.
Fun fact: The actor who plays Avasarala's daughter Ashanti and the actor who plays her husband Arjun guest-starred as Spock's prospective mother- and father-in-law in Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, with the woman playing a very Avasarala-like character, and the man playing a very Arjun-like character.
"I am that guy."
It's a great line. It's a line we cheer. But in reality it's a sad line.
As an aside, lots of reactors have no idea who Amos is going to see here. Nicely done!
there's a funny irony in that Admiral Sauveterre's name basically means "rescue earth"
Amos spent his young life suffering, spending every moment trying to survive. Now he has a leisure to try and figure out who he is. He knows he wants to be a good person, but he doesn't know how, so he attaches himself who seems like good people to him. First Naomi until she gave the Protomolecule to Fred Johnson and destroyed his faith in her, then Holden.
As he said to Holden "It's nice not having to worry about being on the right team"
Camina had basically established her own faction trying to maintain peace as habitable worlds invite people looking for a better life after Eros and Ganymede: she knows Inaros is associated with something, but it’s still unclear to pretty much everyone; and she’s holding out hope that she tracks down Klaes Ashford
In the books, the Polycule Pirates are raiding colony ships for supplies and redistributing them to Belters. The show plugged Camina into this role, since Cara Gee was kicking so much ass in previous seasons!
You are born into a life where you can learn what you need to learn.
They did a great job of portraying Baltimore.
The Expanse is simply the best and most realistic science fiction series ever produced. It combines contemporary geo politics of the present day and projects them in a future that resonates in such a way that makes you feel empathy for every single major character and fragility of the human experience. It is for lack of a better term a Masterpiece of cinema.
Another fantasticly brilliant reaction and you look so amazing Imon ❤❤😁😁.
Always good to see u doin well.
So much great casting this episode! Even flashback Timmy with no lines.
I share a past like Amos, although I was "lucky" enough to be 14, 15 when it started, unlike poor Amos being born into it.
I share that just to say that I think your analysis of Amos' personality/ mindset, is 100% on point. You're very perceptive.
From what I have heard, in the book Amos/Timmy had a sexual relationship with Lydia (which was a little too much for television) but it explains why he is attracted to an older woman like Chrisjen Avasarala.
The novella "The Churn" covers this backstory.
Nice episode love the video imon Nation stay motivated Dream big 1 mill on the way
