MOSCOW MISSION 2023 is Worth to watch and it could be an International good and incredibly action movie directed from Chinese Director and Chinese actors such as Andy Lau, Huang Xuan and Zhang. This movie quality can beat with Hollywood actions movies.
I love when trailer show action and dont spoil entire plot, besides even i dont understand chinese words but this trailer song kinda awesome. Anyone know title of this song?

This is one of the most flawed films I saw this year. It is full of glaring holes. For instance, the robberies took place in Russia. Surely Russian law enforcement officials would have had jurisdiction, and Russia would have bitterly resented a Chinese undercover team working in their country? The film barely addresses this issue. Second, the film is far too busy. The small Chinese undercover team not only tracks the criminals who rob the trains, but they foil the robbery of an underground Moscow casino, and prevent the sale of a surplus Soviet era fighter-jet to an evil cartel. Then, somehow, the criminal's 2nd in command, and the ring-leader's Russian girlfriend, assemble an enormous team of criminals to capture the train returning the Chinese team, and the suspects, to China. Unlike the earlier train robberies, that took place in the wilderness, this rescue attempt takes place in a Russian city, ten time zones away from Moscow. The film never explains how these two were able to recruit the criminals who fought during this rescue attempt, or how they transported them halfway around the world, to make the rescue attempt. In the film Russian law enforcement officials do, occasionally, take a junior role to the Chinese team. Russia appears to agree to let the Chinese team take the suspects, even though all the crimes took place in Russia, and should have been tried in Russian courts. During the credits the filmmakers state what actually happened to the principal characters. It explicitly stated that the ringleader was SECRETLY extradited to China, and SECRETLY executed. In other words, he didn't stand trial in China, either. So, this film, as a film, was crap, total crap. I found it interesting for how it portrayed Russia, in 1993, a very trying time for Russia. I also wondered where it was filmed. I THINK it may have been filmed entirely in China, and that the Moscow scenes were filmed in parts of China that were once part of the Russian empire, and so had Russian architecture.

Especially their action movies. Too much cgi and lacking in real plot and characterisation. I simply don’t understand why they waste money on producing such nonsense

週六進城加了個班，深夜一個人去了家附近的電影院，看了2023年9月底在中國大陸上映，近期才在台灣上映的《莫斯科行動》，改編自真實歷史事件「中俄國際列車劫案」。
幾年前，我曾看過電視劇版本的《莫斯科行動》，也看過幾個RUclips頻道用15分鐘敘述這起刑案的來龍去脈。因此，當這起案子再度被翻拍成電影，我定得去瞧瞧。
儘管這部片來自香港的大導演邱禮濤執導、劉德華等監製，但整部片並沒有如我預期的高水準。用心的點兒，都放在了武打格鬥上。對於時代背景的琢磨甚少，大多以直白的方式透過旁白或劇中人物角色直接說出，少了許多讓觀眾透過場景、穿著、談吐的字詞，去判斷大時代下的背景。此外，改編歷史的電影多多少少會有些微的加油添醋，但這部電影的料可加得有點太多，誇張的巧合以及城市內的飛車追逐，確實讓「只是在炫技」的負面印象更加深刻。且不得不提，影片中的片段故事都太過於鬆散，且在連接橋段上過於生硬，給人硬湊的感覺，相當尷尬。
這場劫案我認為最主要的核心焦點在於如何在俄羅斯跨國密捕罪犯，以及如何押解回中國過程的不易，然後電影中僅草率交代，或是以武打片帶過，而少了人性間的佈局與鬥角，讓整齣戲過於淺薄沒有深度。
這部片並沒有達到應有的水準，我認為有興趣了解這個案件的朋友，或許可以回過頭去看看2018年的同名電視劇，能有比較兩者差異更明顯地感受。
