If your buttermilk says "live cultures" on the ingredients list you can take 1/4 cup of that buttermilk combined with a quart of regular milk, set it at room temperature for about 6-8 hours and you will have cultured new buttermilk. This can continue indefinitely if done every week or two. Or for about $10 including shipping you can buy live cultures from The New England Cheesemaking Company (5 packets) and start your own live cultured buttermilk which then can be reproduced every week or so and save the remaining four packets in the freezer. I wish I had your energy!
@@serenitykelley9515 Buttermilk made with vinegar or lemon is just soured milk and does not contain any healthy probiotics that cultured buttermilk has. Traditional buttermilk is the leftover whey from making butter and Rhoda does that frequently...it doesn't contain any probiotics so it's best to cook with and not drink.

I make your fry bread and I add the 1/4 cup of powdered milk. I divide the dough into 4 balls and freeze on a tray then put in freezer bag. I can then take out 1 or 2 at a time let it thaw for a few hours then fry. It is always fresh and delicious and available when I want it.
How long do we cook the soda biscuits? On the subject of AI; I have tested it and A1 lies and knows it. When I confronted A1 it used the excuse that it was all it could find. When I told A1 the facts it answered were completely inaccurate, it apologized and stood corrected. A1 just spits out randomness it gathers from the internet, just like we do. It does not know any more than we do and cannot answer questions better than a human. A human knows which questions to ask and search for. A1 is a limited source for information. As for makeup or decorating, it can probably help though. You look fine the way you are Rhoda.
