Can we get a show presented by Greta and Russell all the time!?
Think of some names and start spreading the word. I'd vote for something like that for sure. This was wonderful stuff. If they went out on the streets and in homes interviewing people not about initially about CC but about 'what they want for their future' then bring in 'how do you think you could achieve that in a radically altered world'? Or for comedic potential (e.g. in a flood zone) 'could you do that whilst wearing water wings'?
Maybe they could do a series just going in to schools all around Europe talking with kids of various grades and running brainstorming sessions. Brainstorming is process ripe with potential for new ideas and for comedy.

I find it interesting that people react with: *Oh, she's very nice. I've never seen this side of her. Gosh, she's lovely even!* Instead of thinking along the with the: She's actually always been nice, but ! the relentless bullying, propaganda-ising, defamatory, constant discrediting, disregarding, lobbying, big oil merchants of doubt, rich hoping to keep things as usual -paying, that's behind the bad imagery & stupid beyond imagination conspiracy BS that has been brought about, rather than to get to know her, actually. Stigmatizing does that and it's devastating, the consequences even more. It kills people.
I think you're right, but it's also partly she's rightly only ever been angry, because she's only usually talking to sociopathic profit hungry arseholes who don't give a damn if we all die, so long as they die on a superyacht surrounded by money.
It's lovely to see her happy and laughing and relaxed.
I’d go one step further and say that many people have ‘likeability’ as the main criteria for whether they should listen to someone or not, rather than it being their qualification or the importance of their message. Sadly we live in a celebrity culture where being liked is more important than what you have to offer. Imagine if we lived in a world where whether Greta was funny or miserable wasn’t even part of the conversation.

The on-screen relationship between these 2 is absolutely beautiful, 2 people of very different ages, both star struck, both absurdly good, lovely and decent people. It was a joy to watch how well they got on, despite the disparity in age and life experience.
I do think maybe the kids were occasionally bemused by them bursting into fits of laughter after the strange man with Greta said something weird, but hey that is par the course for Russells school visiting sections. No child knows who Russell is

@No Name Greta Thunberg is getting an education , Boyan Slat did drop out of university and it took him 8 years to make his plans implementable ,so Greta can still catch up , considering that Boyan is 8 years older . Art Linkletter hosted a program many years ago called 'Kids Say the Darndest Things'. This reminds me of that program. But I think Russell might be the one saying the 'darndest things' and the kids are just giving him that look that Art would give a kid who just said something amazing, like 'What did you say?'
Incredibly observant kids, highlighting Greta’s depth but also Russell’s ability to bring that out! Bring in that level of humour on this subject and it could help educate a whole new audience!

I love at 4:16, when Russel is going on about the sound of the slap, both adults are red-faced and giggling, while the kids are just staring at them bemused.

I work with kids and I found it a borderline moment.
They were very much working with the camera and kindof forgot about the kids in the room.
This was not a very scary topic though and it was not privately discussed or whispered to them in an uncomfortable way.
Had Russell gone backstage and told the kids in private about these clubs, it would have been a reason to worry.
This was just a typical case of 'They forgot the kids and decided to go further for the audience, at the cost of some of the innocence in the kid's minds.
Loving the sense of humour as well as the seriousness of the situation. I've watched a couple of Greta Thumberg videos that show her funny side and seeing the person behind the scripted dialog is very refreshing. Can't fault a lot of her statements. Russell Howard is slowly growing on me as well, although at a much slower rate than Greta and the mean temperature of the Earth.

It' been what not even 5 years that Greta did her one person protest. Now she's a young woman knowledgeable and laughing and having fun, but serious as brain surgery when she needs to be. Yea, hyper changed my low level motivation. She's an icon to me.

I love kids, no filter, tell it like they see it. They are little people who are held by the whims of adults they don't understand, in a world we need a life time to fully understand. We can't change the system in the short term without there being massive shocks to our living standards, people like Greta need to take a course in economics and learn about supply chains and their importance to our lives and the products we consume. Global emissions are complex issues which need well thought out solutions to make a difference over a long period of time. Change won't come by naïve and emotionally charged speeches.
