hello. i am having a problem with my 34 b. when i play it i have no high end sound. if i hold the tape slightly on the left it will sound great. would yu know how to fix this problem. also if i hit rewind or fast forward i have to move the tension arm on the right before it will play. any help would be appreciated, thanks
