Well this is coming from one that just spent 4 days in the hospital and when I got there Doc said I was extremely dehydrated And that's definitely something not to mess around with You can't imagine how much water I have to drink now it's crazy They go by your weight!! I think about it now I didn't even come close to what I'm supposed to be drinking daily !! So little lady drink drink drink drink water😊
